Siamo venuti qua nel corso di tutta la settimana in cui abbiamo alloggiato a Cavalese. Ci sembrava in effetti difficile trovare altri posti in cui poterci trovare bene come qua. Per prima cosa il mangiare, con alcune pietanze tipiche della zona fatte molto bene e di quantità. Oltre al mangiare ottimo il servizio. L'attesa è limitata ai tempi minimi per poter cucinare quanto richiesto. Si sa che l'attenzione vera è quella per il particolare e qua quella per il cliente si vede sin dalle piccole cose. Basta citare il pensiero x i bimbi per i quali qualche gioco c'è sempre per intrattenerli nell'attesa.

Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a provare tutto ma quello provato era a dir poco eccellente dai Casoncelli ai canederli agli strozzapreti al tortel di patate. Il personale sempre gentile e bravissimo ad illustrarti le possibili portate e ad accompagnarti nella scelta. Di grande gradimento inoltre a fine cena la grappa offerta.
