we were there without reservation because we didnt know it required one but we asked anyway and waitress said they are full so i asked if we could get a take away but the bartender said they are out of pizza and salad and it was around 730 pm which is weird for a pizzeria that closes at 1100 pm. So we said that was fine and they gave us a table outside and ended up ordering chicken nugget & fries and panzorotto. the people came after us that also didnt have a reservation was told the same by the bartender that they were out of pizza but when they asked the waitress who was taking their order if they could have a pizza the waitress said sure. the bartender wasn't rude or anything but the fact that he lied to us not having pizza was genuinely confusing... so we're confused if it was either racism or if it was miscommunication by not speaking italian. we are asian and only spoke english for...

Siamo venuti qui per due anni consecutivi, almeno una decina di volte; il servizio ha sempre lasciato a desiderare, ma la pizza ha sempre premiato la nostra pazienza. Purtroppo, questa è la seconda volta nelle ultime due settimane, che con la solita ora di attesa (errori inclusi e un continuo rincorrere i camerieri per avere la loro attenzione), anche la pizza ha deluso le nostre aspettative: condimenti scarsi, in termini sia di quantità che di qualità, pomodoro acido e insapore, impasto molto più pesante di quello a cui eravamo abituati. Non so se sia cambiato qualcosa o se noi ci fossimo illusi che la pizza fosse più buona di quello che effettivamente è, ma dato le ultime esperienze non posso dare più di due stelle.

Nonostante la totale disorganizzazione del servizio, ci tengo comunque a ringraziare la gentilezza e la cordialità dei giovani in sala. Ci dispiace molto, ma a queste condizioni non vale la pena tornare.

[RISPOSTA AL TITOLARE] Gentilissimo, sinceramente sono piuttosto deluso dall'arroganza della sua risposta! Anzitutto, non è la prima volta che vengo qui e se mi sono deciso solo ora di recensire è perché il disservizio è sempre stato una costante, agosto, gennaio o marzo che fosse. Non è la classica recensione di agosto, è la recensione conclusiva di almeno una decina di cene/pranzi da voi. Se fossi in lei, approfitterei del prezioso tempo dei suoi clienti per migliorare la vostra attività, piuttosto che offendere persone che nemmeno conosce! Concludo dicendole che siamo tutto tranne che nervosi, se fossimo stati nervosi probabilmente dopo la prima volta non saremmo più tornati. È una questione di rispetto, tutto qui, ma se lei preferisce rispondere e offendere alle critiche costruttive che riceve piuttosto che fare qualcosa per migliorare un problema che da sempre è una costante del suo locale, allora non ha neanche senso recensire e spendere tempo dandole il mio onesto ed educato parere. Una buona serata e in bocca al lupo con la sua attività!

Immagino sia molto serio il suo lavoro, nessuno ha detto il contrario, rimane il fatto che la pizza non era buona e ho aspettato 1 ora e mezzo per riceverla per di più sbagliata. Questo oggi, come due settimane fa, come altre volte l'anno scorso e quello prima. The pizza was just mediocre and not worth mentioning but the real reason behind the 1 star review is the awful service. We did not get what we ordered (and still paid extra for it), and when we got to the bill they suddenly said that paying with credit cars is not possible, only cash. We did not have cash. We asked them how come they didn't say it ib advance? We wouldn't be sitting there. They did not care. They were extremely rude and said i should pay cash without even being sorry for the unfortunate situation. They sent me to an expensive ATM to pay for the mediocre meal with the awful service and this is when I decided to write this review. My recommendation: stay away. There are way better pizzas in the area with much less of a hassle and...
