Food Quality-Price-ratio is excellent. A good choice of Italian dishes served every day. Service is quick, all the personnel is very kind. The dishes are delicious, especially the ice cream dessert with the hot berries, it's the best dessert of this kind that i have ever eaten in Italy😋😘 I am giving 4 stars out of 5 because one time I ordered grilled steak, and it was served cold with a charred slice of bread black as charcoal 😫. La stessa gestione di alcuni anni fa ,quando andai a pranzare assieme a mio figlio (6 anni) , 2 pietanze di verdure e 2 secondi a base di carne ,peccato che nella carne vi erano arrostite due mosche in ogni singolo piatto . Mio figlio mi fece notare cosa c'era sulla carne ed io con garbo cercai di farlo notare alla "signora" (gestore) , la stessa pur avendo chiesto scusa ,si dimostro' un po' infastidita e cercò di minimizzare dicendomi che era " la prima volta " ; inoltre aggiunse che forse qualche mosca era entrata in cucina . Replicai dicendo : certo può accadere che delle mosche entrino in cucina ,ma che addirittura arrivino sulla carne e vengano arrostite assieme ad essa non può e non deve assolutamente verificarsi . La signora non capendo la legittima lamentela ,diede indicazione alla cassiera di non farmi pagare e ciò mi ha molto offeso ,per tale ragione ho tanto insistito per pagare comunque il dovuto pur non avendo consumato i secondi a base di carne e di mosche . Devo dire che non è stato bello il tentativo di essere eliminato con un simile comportamento .
