Read moreVery discriminating! Don’t like families with kids and turn away people of not Italian origin. We came with two kids under 2 - the front desk man told us they were full and turned us away. Came another family of Italian origin and one bigger child and he let them in WITHOUT reservation (just like us). We asked him why he let them in and not us. He tried to lie. We told him we know the family and they don’t have a reservation. The family that entered told us - whole patio is empty and lots of a tables right in front of this man. Shame for the service which seems military style...we went there after several years as we remembered it very beautiful and nice. Now there is a rule that you have to order at least a drink if you visit the terrace. We decided that we will take a drink and we were "welcomed," by at least 10 members of the staff who strictly directed us to our table. While waiting for the waiter we went to see the terrace and returned several tomes to our table, but none of many staff members considered us so we just went away.
