Ristorante Suyoshi — Restaurant in Comunità della Vallagarina

Come early at opening time to get a table, this restaurant is PACKED! We arrived at 7:10pm and there were already multiple tables with people, an hour after opening almost all tables were taken. I get it though, the food is GREAT. One of the best asian restaurants I've ever been to, best sushi and sashimi I've ever had. The tablet ordering was nice and easy, staff explained it when we arrived immediately and food arrived fast. Just a tip: If an order takes very long, ask the staff about it. They speak English and will use a translator for other languages. We had to ask about two late orders, but the staff is very friendly and we got the food immediately after, and since the restaurant was PACKED, it was really no problem. Payment is at the front desk and went down smoothly. I went with my family who is usually a bit hesitant about asian food, but they ended up finding dishes they loved, which was great because I wanted something else than Italian food for once.

Sushi was very dry and very small portions, with less ingredients, as big fan of gyoza I took all kind of gyoza and non of them tasted fresh and as it should taste, dry and tasteless, meat was uncooked and somehow strange white/pink colour. Service is slow. At the end I order chicken soup and I didn't feel any taste of chicken or anything at all. It was water with some kind of fat. Telefono per chiedere quanto viene il menù "All you can eat" per pranzo e mi viene detto che per la "festa della donna" c'è un prezzo maggiorato e il menù è quindi di 27,50€. Scelgo dunque di non andare a ma di lasciare comunque una recensione negativa per questioni di principio che di seguito mi accingo a giustificare.

1. Questa moda di aumentare i prezzi nei giorni festivi (capodanno, festa della donna e chissà cos'altro) è tipica dei ristoranti di sushi in Italia, gestiti da CINESI, ricordiamolo. Nessun ristorante tradizionale aumenterebbe all'improvviso i prezzi del menù per la ricorrenza di una festività ai danni del consumatore.

2. Che mi risulti in Cina non credo festeggino la festa della donna, dato il loro retaggio culturale altamente maschilista, né tantomeno il capodanno occidentale. Dunque di farmi prendere per i fondelli e pagare di più per far guadagnare questa gente a mio discapito e sulle festività occidentali non ci penso proprio. Se per voi è un giorno come un altro deve esserlo anche per il mio portafogli.

3. Se la maggioranzione era dovuta alla festa della donna e festeggiate con noi, perlomeno avete il buon senso di offrire alle donne un dolce gratis o il pasto a metà prezzo? Ovviamente neanche per sogno, avidi come siete di denaro sempre culturalmente parlando. Allora mi chiedo: la festa per chi sarebbe? Per noi scemi italiani o per le...
