We came to this area of Latina south of Rome to visit the Ninfa garden. Cori is located only a few minutes from the Ninfa garden so it is very practical for getting there first thing in the morning (which you will want to do...) Cincinnato is a vineyard which converted the farm building into a small hotel, adding a spectacular contemporary extension for the restaurant, which overlooks the vines and landscape beyond. The renovation was practically new when we stayed here (April 2015), and everything was sparkling clean. The room and bathroom was spacious, with the most comfortable bed in Italy. The hotel, common areas and restaurant were all finished in a chic and contemporary style that incorporates agricultural elements, such as laths of wine barrel wood, in a way that only the Italians can get right without it seeming too rustic. We were given an introduction to the place, where to have breakfast and how to enter and exit after hours with the card which is the ‘key’ to your room and the place! |The room was nice and clean with an amazing view out the window of Cori. Most of everything was made out of wine barrels and looked great. The only negatives would be the bathroom. If you are a very large person there is no way you can sit straight on the toilet as your knees would meet the shower. My pet hate is shower curtains but it didn’t stick to my body at any point, and it was clean and not mouldy, so all good. No fridge in the room but was told we could help ourselves to the water in the fridge in the office space so that was nice. Breakfast spread was cute with (cereal, pastry, desserts, cheese and cold meat and yoghurt). Cappuccino was made on request and we purchased bottles of wine which we got to try at a local restaurant. Wine is really nice. Vineyard is beautiful!|Loved this place, wanted...
