Excelsior Bar — Restaurant in Corleone

The Pizza was good and the beer was cold but the service was terrible. We were waiting 2,5 hours for pizza and at least 40 minutes for a beer until we decided to ask her again as we asked she wondered and asked us “oh, so you want the beer now ?” 😅 well, just imagine waiting for a beer 2,5h on a hot Sicilian evening. This experience was very frustrating and on top of that, when the pizza finally arrived she even made a joke about it and said “hallelujah” instead of sorry or any other form of excuse. Not to mention that a group of people that arrived 30 minutes after us got their pizza before us, I understand a restaurant/bar to be busy but this is just a simple issue of a bad organisation...

I've never had such good pizza in my life as I did at the Pipitone Corleone bar in the main square. It's an unassuming place, very crowded, and the wait for the pizza was excruciatingly long, but it was worth it!
