Le Fornaci da Lello — Restaurant in Costabissara

Dropped in with my family (5) last night as they opened at 1800. Asked for a table (without reservation), but explained we would be gone in no more than 45 minutes. The receptionist said we needed a reservation a week in advance at least. She could have been more kind and considerate. We’ve taken away here many times. I used to go here regularly more than 10 years ago and would bring my kids to watch Lello make pizzas and put them in the oven. He was alone then and has done a great job growing his business. Now he has three other pizzaioli there with him. It was a friendlier time for sure. Pizza is very good. Customer service at the register could be improved. I ended up taking my family to Fogher 2 and my wife and son (born in Italy) said they like the Fogher pizza better than Lello. What used to be a nice neighborhood pizzeria is now...

Everything is better in the south from the people and the food. I'm a huge fan of southern Italy pizza. My friend told me this is a great place for pizza. I went and fell in love with the pizza instantly. I went with my wife, son, and best friend. They fed my child first which kept him calm. The fried pizza appetizers was great and the pizza was amazing. I need the tomato sauce recipe for myself because it was so damn good. Wife loved it and wants to come by more often....

Esperienza negativa. Prezzi non economici. Siamo stati 2 volte, la pizza tutto sommato non è male, classica napoletana nulla di eccezionale. La prima volta hanno sbagliato ingrediente (al posto del pesto di pistacchi il pesto di basilico) nonostante tutto ho provato a mangiarla. La seconda volta ribadiano durante l'ordine che non vogliamo assolutamente sentire il gusto del basilico sulle pizze(neanche in foglie), appena arrivate notiamo subito che non solo il basilico in foglie c'era, ma ce n'era anche in abbondanza, allora gentilmente e in privato chiediamo alla cameriera di cambiare le pizze perché non era stata presa in considerazione la nostra richiesta. La cameriera inizia a confrontarsi con tutto il resto del personale che passavano dal tavolo solo per capire chi eravamo(una pagliacciata). Ritorna la cameriera al tavolo in maniera sgarbata dicendoci che non ci rifaceno le pizze, abbiamo dovuto insistere tanto per farle cambiare, come quasi se non gli importasse la tranquillità del cliente. Le hanno rifatte un po' bruciacchiate e con pochissimi ingredienti. Abbiamo dovuto mangiare sentendoci osservati e controvoglia. In fine ci hanno trattato differentemente rispetto gli altri clienti non chiedendoci se...
