Vengo spesso in questo locale perché si mangia bene: i piatti sono sempre curati, le materie prime ottime e il menu ha una bella varietà. Anche l’ambiente è piacevole e accogliente, un bel posto dove passare una serata in compagnia.

Detto questo, mi permetto una piccola osservazione costruttiva: ultimamente ho notato un calo nell’accoglienza e nell’attenzione da parte dello staff di sala. Il personale, in particolare chi sembra gestire la sala, appare spesso poco sorridente e poco attento ai dettagli. Un esempio? Quando si porta una bottiglia al tavolo, ci si aspetta almeno una glacette con il ghiaccio, cosa che puntualmente manca.

Inoltre, a volte basta una richiesta leggermente fuori standard – come un dolce con un topping diverso o una porzione un po’ più abbondante – per ricevere una risposta secca o poco cortese. Capisco benissimo che non sempre si possa accontentare ogni richiesta, ma il modo in cui si risponde fa la differenza. Il cliente, oltre a gustare dei buoni piatti, contribuisce anche a sostenere il locale economicamente, e un sorriso o una risposta gentile dovrebbero essere la base dell’ospitalità.

Il mio consiglio al titolare è di prestare attenzione a questi aspetti. La cucina è ottima, ma l’esperienza complessiva dipende anche (e molto) da chi accoglie e serve ai tavoli. Un buon “capitano” di sala fa la differenza, e in questo momento credo che serva qualcuno con più visione e attenzione.

Tornerò sicuramente, perché il locale merita. Ma spero davvero in qualche piccolo miglioramento sul piano...
