Personale al mattino assente mentalmente, nessun dialogo oltre il necessario e nessun sorriso per i clienti, addetti disponibili con pochi locali e mancanti con turisti e new entry... Servizio scadente da mensa operaia di provincia, caffè medio, brioches secche, acqua al bicchiere calda... Locale mediamente in ordine e pulizia nella media. Personale al.mattino (due addetti di età compresa fra i 60 e i 30 anni) distratti a seguire discorsi con amici e fidanzati (?). Il voto delle due stelle è riferito al grande lavoro del titolare che conosco da decenni e che non merita così tanta becera...
