From the street I thought I am on the wrong address but there is a nice garden, with nicely laid tables. The owner cooks himself and all is prepared fresh, no convenience food. We enjoyed a mix of fried antipasti. Excellent the fior di zucca with mozzarella and anchovis. The spaghetti vongole were delicious, the right way spicy and with the "crema" which for italians is the sign of expertise! The homemade cheesecake with orange jam on top was the opulent finale. The open rose wine is top. Nice service, quiet place even some groups of friends were there. I can recommend. They have many fish dishes, if you like fish...
Read moreNice local restaurant with outdoors seating on the back garden. We booked ahead, and when we visited almost all tables were occupied, but service was always kind if a bit slow. We enjoyed an excellent and reasonably priced entrée (the antipasto della casa is a bit of every other antipasto and is huge for 12 €!) with a good glass of house wine. Read moreWe tried to book a table in the garden at 19.30 when they opened to be told they were all booked. At that point there were 90% of the tables free. By the time we left there were still 50% of the tables fee. We found the service poor and the food average. Compared to what we have been paying for way better food in way more tourist areas - we thought this was also over priced.
