LOVE IT!! You must try it!!

Really nice and fast service, we came at 2.30pm and they close at 3. Despite being a bit late the service was fast and they tried to ensure they could serve as fast as possible. I would recommend not putting too much white cheese cream on the tempura (the size of the bites is small so the cream was a bit too much).

The flavor of the sushi and the different dishes was very good. I also appreciate that the portions are not that big so you can try many of the different options of the menu (they really have several choices).

The environment is calm, clean and very chic.

Siamo stati di domenica e in un orario a pranzo abbastanza "sul tardi".. locale ampio e ben arredato.. purtroppo ancora a quell'ora molto affollato, forse complice la famosa "fiera del Tredicino " di Arona che ha portato molta clientela extra sul tardi.. è un ristorante giapponese che opta per AYCE.. con carta dedicata per pranzo e quindi, vista l'esperienza maturata in questo tipo di Jappo, abbastanza limitata rispetto alla sera.. naturalmente con adeguata quota a persona differenziata per pranzo o per cena.. accoglienza gentile.. il tavolo ben apparecchiato.. personale cortese e sollecito nonostante la stanchezza di fine turno, in particolare la presenza di personale italiano che fa sicuramente la differenza visto certe volte la difficoltà nel spiegare certe richieste.. in generale posso promuovere questo Jappo.. cibo ottimo, ben presentato s sicuramente fresco... solo un paio di comande nn recapitate a causa di fraintendimenti sui numeri posti sulla scheda (risolte prontamente e gentilmente dal cameriere italiano) e l'affollamento.. per le 5 stelle testeremo ancora.. unica nota che a me personalmente non è piaciuta, è l'offerta esclusivamente di acqua microfiltrata in bottiglia sfusa senza una possibilità ad avere acqua minerale in bottiglia chiusa.. ma questa è una personale opinione e ho risolto scegliendo la birra, molto buona......

The food was great, definitely good quality for your money assuming you go during the "All You Can Eat" hours - it's far too expensive to eat there otherwise. We sat outside in the back and it was a beautiful little secluded area, very peaceful. The only negative things I have to say are that the wait staff were cold and unfriendly, and there weren't any listed gluten...
