Ci sono locali che, più che darti da mangiare, offrono ESPERIENZE UNICHE e così è stato per noi al Ristorante Colibrì di Dorgali.

42 anni di ristorazione e di vera passione che Lucia e Alberto riversano nelle prelibatezze che preparano. Un menù semplice ma completo che permette loro di mantenere altissimo lo standard qualitativo, di essere rapidi nella preparazione e di soddisfare PIENAMENTE le aspettative del cliente. Un menù di piatti tipici sardi deliziosi e ben serviti. Qualità ineccepibile di TUTTE le pietanze che abbiamo assaggiato, sapori autentici della tradizione sarda ad un prezzo più che onesto.

Che dire poi dei proprietari? Siamo rimasti a chiacchierare con loro fino all'una di notte! Persone simpaticissime, alla mano, con molto da raccontare e piacevolissime!! Tante risate, avremmo potuto trascorrere la notte lì a parlare con loro, con il figlio e la ragazza, davvero! Un'esperienza positiva a 360° che ci resterà per SEMPRE nel ❤.

Speriamo vivamente di tornare nuovamente nel loro ristorante per provare di nuovo gli inconfondibili sapori e farci ancora una volta una bella chiacchierata! Grazie Lucia, grazie Alberto, siete magnifici!

There are places that, rather than feeding you, offer UNIQUE EXPERIENCES and so it was for us at the Colibrì Restaurant in Dorgali.

42 years of food service experience and true passion that Lucia and Alberto pour into the delicacies they make. A simple but complete menu that allows them to maintain the highest quality standards, to be quick in preparation and to FULLY satisfy and exceed the customer's expectations. A menu of typical Sardinian dishes, delicious and well served. Impeccable quality of ALL the dishes we tasted, authentic flavors of the Sardinian tradition at a very good price.

And what about the owners? We had a long chat with them until 1am! Very nice people, easygoing, with a lot to tell and very pleasant! Lots of laughs, we could have spent the night there talking with them, with their son and his girlfriend! A 360° positive experience that will ALWAYS remain in our ❤.

We sincerely hope to be back to their restaurant to try the amazing flavors and have a good chat once again! Thanks Lucia, thanks Alberto,...

I put 2 stars because the service was good. Pasta really standard (macarroni with cheese and raviolli al ragu) and high price for the quality and quantity (I mean, if the food would be tasty, it's ok, but...). Also they have in the parking a dog which seems that owners don't take care for him... (in the picture the dog is hide, but we saw it sad in his home and the excrements are white (it means that they don't clean the dog's area for a couple of weeks minimum) and I am not sure about his water. If I had saw it at the beginning I would not have get in... I would not come.

PD: The worst is the restaurant's comment... It's not about money. It's about quality and...

The food was heavily salted and nothing special. The owner makes sure to call everyone criticising the price cheap or poor, but these people are absolutely right, for what was given, the food is overpriced and that price cannot be justified by quality or expensive ingredients.
