Der Köfererhof war schon immer eine schöne Anlaufstelle für uns. Schön war dabei für lange Zeit ein relativer Begriff. Die Gasträume hatten über eine lange Periode die besten Tage gesehen. Indes war die regionale Art, wie hier gekocht wurde, über alle Zeiten ansprechend und auch dies ist bis heute so geblieben. Das hier das Restaurant der Grund für den Weinanbau war und nicht wie an anderer Stelle der Weinanbau ein Restaurant spendiert bekam, halten wir für bemerkenswert. Dies insbesondere, da nach dem Beginn, gegen Anfang der 90er, die hier produzierten Weine sehr schnell eine große Achtung fanden und auch dies ist bis heute so geblieben. Der Kerner, eine für das Eisacktal typische Rebsorte, spielt im Sortiment die Hauptrolle. Gewürztraminer und Riesling, sowie die anderen Erzeugnisse des Hauses, müssen sich dagegen allerdings nicht verstecken. Dem Erfolg ist es zu verdanken, dass zu den eigenen Reben auch welche verarbeitet werden, die nicht vom eigenen Hof stammen. Eventuell war es so, dass das von Kundenseite gezeigte Interesse am Wein die Idee reifen ließ, den Restaurantbereich neu zu gestalten. Dass sich dies nicht nur auf ein wenig neue Farbe und Möbel beschränkte, zeugt von einer guten inneren Einstellung. Wenn man etwas macht, macht man es gescheit, was mitnichten damit verwechselt werden darf, dass man jeder Moderichtung folgt. So mag die neue Ausgestaltung, gerade im Innenbereich, für so manchen Stammgast eine optische Herausforderung gewesen sein – uns gefällt diese sehr gut. Der Blick, sehr schön von der Terrasse aus hinab auf Brixen und weit ins Eisacktal hinein, ist indes geblieben und so gäbe es neben dem Wein und der Kulinarik einen weiteren Grund, dem Köfererhof einen Besuch abzustatten. .... The Köfererhof has always been a beautiful place for us to visit. Beautiful was a relative term for a long time. The guest rooms had seen their best days over a long period of time. However, the regional way of cooking here has always been appealing, and this has remained so to this day. We find it remarkable that the restaurant was the reason for the winegrowing here and not, as elsewhere, the winegrowing was given a restaurant. This is especially true since after the beginning, towards the beginning of the 90s, the wines produced here were very quickly held in high esteem, and this has also remained the case to this day. So the new design, especially in the interior, may have been a visual challenge for many a regular guest – we like it very much. The view, beautiful from the terrace down to Brixen and far into the Eisack Valley, has remained the same and so there is another reason to visit the Köfererhof besides the wine and the cuisine.

Ho avuto il privilegio di cenare presso un ristorante tipico situato nelle vicinanze di Novacella, un'esperienza che merita appieno un giudizio di eccellenza. Sin dall'ingresso, si viene accolti da un'atmosfera distintiva in legno, creano un ambiente al contempo raffinato e accogliente. Le ampie finestre offrono una vista panoramica sulle sottostanti vigne, dalla quale è possibile intravedere persino la maestosa Abbazia di Novacella.

Merita una menzione particolare l' anziana titolare, una figura di esperienza e professionalità, che si occupa personalmente di prendere le ordinazioni ai tavoli, dimostrando un impegno e una dedizione al servizio clienti di rara qualità.
Il personale si distingue per la sua squisita cortesia e per la premura nel soddisfare ogni esigenza degli ospiti, contribuendo a rendere la serata ulteriormente piacevole. La cucina offre piatti tipici, rispettando fedelmente le ricette tradizionali e offrendo sapori genuini e deliziosi. L'eccellenza delle materie prime è palesemente percepibile in ogni portata.
In termini di costi, i prezzi sono equilibrati e commisurati, garantendo un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. We booked this place for our last night in Trentino and we were very happy with the food. At last we can try traditional Trentino's food. The cheese and ham platter were delicious and also the unique pasta "Tagliatelle pino mugo".
For the dessert we only try 1 because we were too full. They do have generous portion! We tried Semifreddo di sambuco con ciligie. love the fresh berries!
