The selection of wines is exceptional. The owner has vast knowledge of them. The cuisine is delicious. Recommend allowing him to pair wines with your meal courses. One of my favorite places on Earth. Great music, too. If you are in Bressanone/Brixen, you must go here. Excellent value also. Great atmosphere. The chef is extremely talented.

Great winebar in the historical center of Brixen. Peter and his wife Paula will serve you small but great dishes paired with an amazing selection of wines. The place is very small and usually packed so make sure you have a reservation if you want to have food. The terrace is lovely in spring and summer.

Was will man mehr, man öffnet die Tür und, ja genau, Mann ist in der Welt von Peter. Ein Gastgeber mit dem Herz am richtigen Fleck, seine Frau als Verstärkung, was willst Du mehr. Top, tut mir ein Gefallen, wenn ihr in diese Welt geht, nervt nicht, nehmt euch Zeit, dann bekommt ihr ein Erlebnis mit Herzblut. Die beiden sind großartig, über die Kompetenz müssen wir gar nicht reden, seid einfach nur offen und lieb, dann kann man hier unglaublich viel Spaß haben. Immer wieder Danke Peter👍😎🥰

Wir waren gekommen, um nach dem Abendessen noch ein Glas Wein zu trinken. In der Vinothek selbst gibt es ja dem Schild nach nur kleine Speisen. Nachdem uns der Inhaber lustlos 2 Weine serviert hat, ließ sich an unserem Tisch eine Stunde niemand mehr blicken. Stattdessen bündelte sich das gesamte Personal am Nebentisch zu Privatgesprächen mit anderen Gästen. Wir wurden schlichtweg ignoriert. Sowas ist mir noch nie passiert! Wenn eine geschlossene Veranstaltung abgehalten wird oder ab 21:45 Uhr keine Gäste (mehr) erwünscht sind, hätte man einfach sagen können, dass demnächst geschlossen wird, eine geschlossene Veranstaltung läuft oder sonst was. Aber Gäste so zu behandeln ist unfassbar! Offenbar sitzt man auf dem hohen Ross.

Die Weine (Cabernet Sauvignon und Primitivo) waren allenfalls Durchschnitt. Für diese Qualität brauche ich keine Vinothek besuchen, EDEKA tuts auch - völlig unabhängig von der oben...
