Gassl Bräu — Restaurant in Eisacktal - Valle Isarco

To be honest, the food is tasty, nice beer, reasonable price, big quantity, it is a good restaurant for us. But they served me wrong water and wrong beer for my boyfriend, after we tasted, we realized it. The waiter came later told us and asked us if we still want the beer we ordered, my boyfriend said yes. He also asked us if we want to keep the beer already served, we thought he will take back the beer and throw it, so we said we want to keep it. But when i pay, I found we have to pay for the beer which they served wrong at beginning. It is only 5 or 6 euro, but we paid for other’s fault, this makes us kinda of mad. Actually we really like ur pizza and beers, we planned to buy some take away. Maybe it was a misunderstanding, but most of the restaurants won’t let u pay for...

We came around 18:00 and it was half way full, highly recommend reservations ahead of time since it’s a very popular spot in town.

For drinks we had a Lavender Spritz and a Maracuja Spritz, both were really good, with a fair price.

As a starter we had the bacon soup which I highly recommend. It has beer brewed by the local and the taste and portion were great.

The pizzas are probably not their best choice, we got a Locksmith pizza, the dough was really undercooked and had no flavor on it.

I believe other guests have tried ravioli or other plates that seemed better.

Overall is a good place in town to explore but I believe they should improve their pizza making.

Amazing Vegan-Friendly Brewery!

We had an outstanding experience at this brewery! They offer an entire page of vegan options on the menu, which was such a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed delicious tagliatelle, a vegan wrap with vegan chicken, spring rolls, vegan soups, and even vegan desserts. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared.

The staff went above and beyond, offering to transform any other dish on the menu into a vegan version whenever possible. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our visit truly enjoyable.

If you’re vegan or simply enjoy great food, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
