Il Girasole — Restaurant in Eraclea

Nice after beach athmosphere and great restaurant with small kids (especially age 1-6). We enjoyed the BBQ, red wine and big salads and evyerything was very tasty. It's nice with kids, because there is a table-soccer and kids playground directly in the restaurant. Especially with small kids it's the best restaurant in town. While you take dinner the kids can play and if there is music even dance on the nice little dance floor. For families with small kids it's definitely a 5-star rating! We were there for a spontaneous lunch. The restaurant was moderately busy, and sitting outside was very pleasant thanks to the sturdy pavilions and large parasols. The service was attentive, professional and friendly, the menu was pleasantly straightforward and offered all the classic dishes. We shared a starter and had a main course each. Un bel contesto, la cura dei dettagli che ti sorprendono in un semplice locale immerso in una pineta al mare, vengono confermati dalla qualità della cucina. Un vero peccato che questo venga compromesso da una sbiaditura del servizio, dovuta a risposte improvvisate, presuntuose (un po ignoranti) proposte con un sorriso sfidante da parte di qualche operatore (sia junior che senior).

Alla Junior. Se mi chiedi "è andato tutto bene ?" aspettati anche un osservazione, un parere del cliente (piatto ottimo, ma pochino) La quantità di cibo in un piatto (pasta alle vongole) può sembrare un concetto opinabile (tanto, poco … ?), ma non puoi rispondere sorridendo "Era quanto basta !" soprattutto se non hai idea (ignorante) della possibile grammatura (80/90/100 ?). Da quale scuola di cortesia arrivi ? Forse l'Italia può insegnarti ancora un po di "bon ton", perché fisico e sorriso non ti basteranno.

Al Senior "Il maestro" intervenuto in cassa. "Tutto bene ?". Allo mio stesso parere espresso sopra, la risposta è stata "bastava che ne ordinavi un'altro piatto :-) " Che simpatico ! Se questo è il senior, capisci la junior ovvio. Certo che avrei potuto prendere / scegliere tra un 2° piatto di vongole, un secondo, una bottiglia di vino bianco, un contorno, un dolce, un caffè ed un digestivo, ma di tutto questo hai/avete perso tutto. Chi mi tratta come sopra e come te, non avrà altri soldi da me; è cosi semplice, ma tu, senior, non sembri averlo ancora capito :-)
