Pizzeria Brian — Restaurant in Eraclea

Personally I liked this place and its famous Pizza. Big, even bigger when you order a Calzoneand all delicious. For our first visit we were quite early and had the complete Restaurant for ourselves. Friendly service, pizza bread for starters (which we didn't order, it was just for us). Would be 5 stars if this was the whole experience. But we came back a few Days later and later in the evening... a hell of mosquitos, tons of people and it took 10 minutes to be seated, 10-20 to order and also 10 to pay the bill. All while we were eaten by mosquitos.

So it is a great visit in the afternoon/early evening but be sure to be early or else bring mosquitos killers with you and quite some...

I'll start by letting you know that older gentlemen that served us were funny and widely available. Unfortunately I cannot overlook the waitress's terrible service. I was completely ignored at the table, everyone had their order taken but apparently I was invisible (no, I didn't say I don't want anything to eat and expected she'd ask me anyway.. Totally ignored me) I never got asked what I'd like to drink. After that she got the order wrong twice and was rude in my opinion. After the pizza arrived wrong I waited a lovely 20 minutes whilst watching everyone eat and finish their pizzas. The cardboard for the pizza arrived before the pizza..even though it tasted amazing and was a true 100% Italian pizza seeing how it went with my first visit here.. Despite the vegan mozzarella availability I don't think I will be coming back in the near future.

Premetto che i due signori che ci hanno servito ieri erano molto simpatici e disponibili ma non posso tralasciare il servizio terribile della cameriera. Oltre a non avermi chiesto cosa volessi da mangiare al tavolo e non avermi mai chiesto cosa volessi da bere (non sto parlando che io abbia detto di no e poi mi aspettassi che mi chiedesse o nulla del genere. No. Completamente ignorato come se non esistessi) ha sbagliato nel ricevere lo stesso ordine ben due volte. Maleducata e quando chiesi se si potesse avere la mozzarella vegetale mi disse non era disponibile. Però la mozzarella vegana lo era. Chiariamo un attimo che se é vegana é DI FATTO vegetale.. Alla fine la cameriera non mi chiese mai cosa volessi da bere e con la pizza uscita sbagliata c'é stata una bellissima attesa di 20 minuti mentre tutti al tavolo avevano già finito di mangiare. È arrivato prima il cartone della pizza che la pizza giusta. Se posso fare un suggerimento, fatela uscire come priorità se avete sbagliato invece di metterla in fondo alla lista. 2021 Korrektur meiner Bewertung nach 3 Jahren.

Wir waren Vor Ort um wieder beim "ehemaligen Pizzaweltmeister" essen zu gehen und die Kinder am Spielplatz spielen zu lassen.

Wir waren 2 Familien und haben Vorspeisen- und Hauptgänge bestellt. 1.Gang/Vorpeise: Bruschetta, 2x Spaghetti Bolognese, gemischeter Salat Hauptgang: Calzone, Lasagne, Spaghetti Carbonara, noch zwei weitere Pizzas... Wirklich so bestellt.

Jetzt kommts... alles bestellte ist auf einmal gekommen!

Das sieht man doch beim bringen an den Tisch und das Essen wurde alles so schnell hingestellt, dass jedes reklamieren nicht möglich war weil "die Bringer" nichts verstehen und abblocken. Gekommen ist dann auch keiner mehr. Jetzt saß jeder von uns vor seiner Vor- und Hauptspeise und eines davon wurde kalt. SUPER Service!

Die Calzone kam wieder wuchtig und als Hingucker aber der Inhalt hat sich in den Jahren nach meiner Meinung halbiert.

Der Spielplatz ist sowas von runtergekommen in den Jahren, da wurde schon lange nichts mehr investiert und das hat nichts mit Corona zu tun.

Zusammengebrochene Plastikrutsche, durchgebrochene Schaukeln, nicht eingezäunt (Kinder können auf ie Straße laufen), frei zugänglicher Sicherungskasten usw....

Es ist unglaublich, wie man die Schuld auf den Kunden und die Kinder abwälzt.

Natürlich passen wir auf unsere Kinder auf, sonst wäre unser 1 1/2 Jähriger auf die Straße gelaufen!

Die neue Rutsche soll wegen unsachgemäßer Benutzung schon nach einem Monat defekt sein? Sie müssen dann was richtiges stabiles kaufen, dann passiert sowas nicht.

Kritik ist zur Verbesserung da und nicht zum abblocken und für Schuldzuweisungen zurück an den...
