We just ordered pizza for takeaway and did not eat in the restaurant.

Food: 3/5 We had ricotta bufala (giant) and tonno (normal). First of all: why would you shape your pizza other than round (i.e. oval)? The only reason I can think of is that it is fancy because it is different than other pizzas. I can tell, that mathematically it makes no sense, since the ratio of pizza crust to pizza is best when it is round shaped. Besides that, I liked that they offer also giant sized pizzas besides the normal ones.

Service: 3/5 Unfortunately I did not feel very welcomed (maybe because I came with slippers and sport shorts, but tbh that shouldn’t matter). It felt like they were annoyed that I came.

Ambience: 5/5 As I said, we came to order two pizzas for takeaway, but I liked what I saw and I can imagine that it is very nice to eat in the restaurant and I guess you have a nice view...

Siamo stati questa sera a cena e purtroppo non abbiamo ritrovato la stessa "aria". La signora che ci ha accolto all'ingresso è stata estremamente scortese nei modi e nei toni, manco non fossimo clienti. Il resto della serata è andato anche peggio. Siamo stati accomodati fuori su dei tavolini da giardino per ordinare delle pizze che, arrivate sfalsate a distanza anche di 15min l'una dall'altra, erano solo un misero ricordo misto a speranza di quello che avevamo mangiato la volta prima. I camerieri insomma, si voltavano ogni volta che provavamo a chiamarli e dunque per riordinare l'acqua ci è voluto un po'! Poi le gabbie sono state aperte e sono arrivati loro: le bestie. Un vasto numero di persone presumibilmente over 30 che sbraitavano e disturbavano tutto il ristorante senza troppi problemi e senza che gli venisse chiesto di abbassare anche solo un po' il volume, così, per una questione di educazione diciamo. Insomma, tirando le somme non penso ritorneremo più.

PS: Evidentemente chi ha risposto ieri 26/06 non era presente al locale oppure vuole far finta di niente. Innanzitutto si parla dell'importanza di TUTTI i clienti, per poi cadere in fallo e aggiungere che si può tranquillamente fare a meno di alcuni di essi in quanto il ristorante ne ha già tanti e non gli cambierebbe niente. Alla faccia dell'importanza! E questo non fa altro che confermare l'arroganza di chi ha risposto/del personale, come si sottolinea in anche altre recensioni. Poi oh, la cameriera alle nostre spalle non ha mica dovuto ripetere più volte le portate perché non riusciva a farsi sentire causa urla e versi provenienti da chissà dove. Magari era solo immaginazione :) E giusto per precisare, neanche noi ci siamo lamentati ieri sera perché speravamo che consci della situazione fosse il personale stesso a chiedere cortesemente a quegli individui di comportarsi come persone civili, ma così non è stato evidentemente. Ma ci stiamo lamentando adesso, tramite la possibilità appunto di recensire il locale, quindi effettivamente qualcosa che non andava bene c'è stato eccome! Poi bisognerebbe anche accettare le critiche e le lamentele, senza beffarsi e vantarsi, gesto infantile e poco professionale aggiungerei, della vasta clientela.
