We stopped in for lunch and are so happy we stumbled upon this gem. The decor was cozy and clean. The service was attentive and so friendly! The food was incredible. We loved every single thing we ate. We continued talking about how good it was long after we left. The tagliere came drizzled with something like a rosemary honey. The fries were amazingly seasoned; I don’t know if they make the ketchup from scratch, but that was really good, too. The soup was so hearty and the maccheroni was comforting. We arrived at 1:45pm on a Friday as the restaurant had indicated lunch until 2:30pm. The staff completely ignored us for over 10 minutes refusing to acknowledge our presence despite the restaurant being mostly empty. Finally around 2:05pm the server gave us a seat but when we told him our party had 4 adults he said no we couldn't eat there as they are going to close the kitchen at 2:30pm. Before going into details, we can only recommend this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was perfect. We went to Le Bourgeois for lunch. The staff spoke perfect English and explained to us that their offer is based on local products only, due to that they had only a small menu which was more than sufficient for us.
