Ristorante Pizzeria Rosa Nera — Restaurant in Falcade

Parked the car and went inside to ask if we could sit there with a dog. The lady said yes.

We come inside with our Great Dane and she immediately says no no no in an aggressive way. "I agreed to a dog, not a horse". Okay, I can understand.

We asked to get the pizzas and side salad for takeaway and asked if we could eat it outside. She said yes.

About 15 minutes later, we are served our food without cutlery for the side salad. The lady says she doesn't have any cutlery for takeaway. Since we were told we could eat it outside, we asked if we could borrow a fork and bring it back in a few minutes.

She then starts making a scene about us wanting to eat our pizzas sitting on the floor. Humiliates us in front of other customers and the staff. Still doesn't let us borrow a fork.

We were so hungry and tired at this point that I told my partner let's just go eat in the car.

We weren't happy with the service, and I guess you could see it on our faces.

Not sure what happened. Possibly, the owner came by and spoke to the lady, but all of a sudden, another lady came in and offered to set a table outside for us.

The pizza was quite nice, and the pizzaiolo was very friendly. But the experience with the dark-haired lady was...

We went to the restaurant because we saw really good reviews and pleasant pictures… upon arriving to the restaurant, the main person there was shouting on the phone about other clients who called to cancel. The restaurant was completely empty. We sat on a table for 4 so we could sit next to each other on a bench, then the waiter spoke to us very aggressively to say we could not sit at a table for 4 and we needed to pay for 4 meals in order to sit there. We explained politely that there was 100 seats free and asked if it was ok so we can sit together, the reply was shocking and extremely rude, with a raised voice the woman proceeded to strip the table cloth from the table, slamming down the menus elsewhere saying no. We could not believe the attitude and proceeded to leave where the waiter then proceeded to swear at us on the way out. We didn’t get to rate the food however we left upset, offended and we have never had this bad service in our lives. Completely...

We went to this restaurant with 4 people after making a reservation for 19:30. We ate pasta dishes and meat dishes, both where nice. However after finishing our 2nd dish (this was 20:20) we where told our table was needed for different customers and we had to decide quickly if we wanted a dessert or not. Since we had a reservation for 19:30 this seemed really weird, the staff was suddenly very rushed which made sure we didn’t enjoy the dinner. We ordered a dessert, the tiramisu was brought in a minute to make sure we could leave soon, the apple strudel (3x) seemed to be heated up in the microwave to speed things up. The apple strudel was not enjoyable and we didn’t have time to order a coffee because a group of 40 people arrived to sit at the tables (including ours). Food was good, experience was bad. Next time if you have a group at 20:30 don’t put people in the same area with a 19:30...
