Il signore che ci ha servito (credo il proprietario) è stato gentilissimo e super professionale. Ci ha dato risposte a tutte le domande che abbiamo fatto e ci ha spiegato tutte le differenze fra un dolce e l'altro. Il negozio è piccolino ma sufficiente a contenere tutta la bontà che vende. Io ho assaggiato dolci di pasta di mandorle e di pasta reale ma la loro specialità è l'agnello pasquale (come da tradizione del posto) e sarei curioso di assaggiare i panettoni perché da come ce li ha descritti devono essere una favola. Purtroppo non ho foto da allegare ma vi garantisco che i dolci sono bellissimi (oltre che buoni ovviamente). Se passate da Favara deve essere una...
