We passed by on our rented bicycles while heading to the Cala Rossa. Decided on a little refreshment on the way back. The orange specialty (lemon granite mixed with fresh pressed orange juice) was our drink of choice and might well be the most delicious and refreshing thing I've ever drank. Worth every penny and absolutely worth taking a couple minutes out of your voyage...

Fantastic oasis on the side of the road! While beach hopping on our bikes we passed this roadside stand and got the two specialties (€5/ea) - lemon granita mixed with fresh squeezed orange juice. Delicious and needed in the heat! Lifted our spirits for the next leg...

Questo e stato il primo chioschetto ambulante aperto a favignana. I proprietari sono due ragazzi solari e sempre allegri, e anche se non troverete loro a servirvi le ragazze li rispecchiano molto. I prodotti sono artigianali e fatti con prodotti freschi e locali, dalla granita al limone alla spremuta d'arancia. Il loro cavallo di battaglia e la "specialità", un bel bicchiere grosso con granita al limone e spremuta d'arancia. Da provare assolutamente se venite a favignana, ormai io, come molta altra gente che ho conosciuto, faccio tappa fissa tutti gli anni per bere la specialità. I prezzi sono abbordabili se calcoliamo che vi stanno servendo bevande fresche in mezzo al nulla. Da provare...
