Cielo Casagrande — Restaurant in Figline e Incisa Valdarno

Inizialmente tutto bene, bella accoglienza da parte del personale, altrettanto bella l'atmosfera, ci sediamo, dopo qualche minuto ordiniamo e fin lì tutto bene, questa cena di compleanno inizia alla grande . Dopo circa 40 minuti arriva la cameriera con l'antipasto scusandosi per l'attesa lunga e spiegandoci che avevano avuto un qualche problema presumibilmente legato alla comunicazione con la cucina. Finiamo l'antipasto, davvero di altissima qualità a nostro parere, e aspettiamo la seconda portata che però non arriva, così come la cameriera che serviva il nostro tavolo, scomparsa definitivamente. Nel frattempo vedevamo che venivano portati piatti a persone che si erano sedute dopo di noi e, dopo praticamente 1 ora di attesa, abbiamo esaurito la pazienza. Abbiamo fermato il direttore che girava fra i tavoli e che ci ha chiesto se avevamo bisogno, allora noi rispondiamo che, oltre ad aver aspettato 40 min per l'antipasto, abbiamo aspettato un' altra ora per avere il secondo e che non avevamo più intenzione di aspettare. Ci siamo alzati e siamo andati alla cassa, il direttore ci ha inizialmente detto che ci avrebbero offerto la cena per il disagio ma noi abbiamo comunque deciso di pagare ciò che avevamo consumato e lui non ha insistito (a quel punto volevano offrirci il caffè). Dispiace davvero perché il posto è veramente bello e unico, bella l'atmosfera, c'è un aria davvero piacevole lassù, il cibo è davvero di ottima qualità e il personale gentile però... 1 ora e 40 di attesa totale non esiste, e soprattutto non esiste che tu personale scompaia per tutto questo tempo senza avvertire minimamente il cliente e senza scusarsi o quasi. We had a wonderful evening at Cielo whilst staying at Casagrande. The location is stunning with beautiful views of the region. We had the best food we’ve eaten in the area by far from cuttlefish and squid ink risotto, lobster linguine which was stunning and the most delightful dumplings that were light & delicious with a beautiful citrus undertone. We had several lunches while staying at Hotel Villa Casagrande. Relaxing at the pool and the lunchtime cocktails, very nice food was just perfect for a chill out day. Every taste is well catered for. From lobster linguine to chicken club sandwiches, both were beautiful. Nice views over the town and hills. The new addition of the golf cart to take customers up and down the hill, if required, is a great addition from our last stay! Service and staff were 5 stars!
