Tramaglino — Restaurant in Figline e Incisa Valdarno

Very nice place along the street. During the third year of pandemy, it is possible to eat without restriction outside: almost a miracle for person without the supergreenpass. Inside, the restaurant is very nice, with a wide room. Clean the bathroom, separate for women and men. A good parking outside gives the chance to park the car just in front of the restaurant. Very good the food. The choice is not excessive, that is usually synonimus of few but very experienced plates. And, in fact, i can confirm the very good taste of the cousine. Tipical and traditional tuscany cousine: pasta with ragù of chinghiale, truffle with pasta and vegetable and genuine sausages, tordelli and a very good choice of desserts are a must in your choice once you came here. Prices are good and leave the client with the pleasant feeling of a discover of a nice and comfortable place. Very kind the Staff....

Partiamo dalle cose positive, ossia la qualità della materia prima, bistecca di chianina ottima, zolfini ed un ottimo amaro della casa! Aggiungo anche la gentilezza della ragazza alla cassa. Tuttavia la materia prima da sola non basta se non trattata come si deve. Ordino una chianina raccomandandomi, come sempre faccio, che la bistecca deve essere crosta fuori e rossa dentro, non voglio vedere rosa dentro, che vuol dire troppo cotta o cruda, si chiama appunto cottura al sangue! Chiedo dei cannellini ma mi hanno detto che li hanno finito ed hanno solo zolfini, molto più pregiati e costosi. Mi fanno vedere la bistecca e ridico che mi raccomando sulla cottura, mi guardano quasi a volermi dire che sto parlando con dei professionisti . Arrivano gli zolfini che sapevano soprattutto di aglio e sale, un prodotto cosi delicato andato a coprire il sapore di aglio e sale mi è sembrato un sacrilegio! Per lo più di parla di un contorno che costa 7,5€, quindi non proprio economico! Arriva la bistecca con una cottura opposta a quanto avevo chiesto io, troppo cotta ! Avevo detto che non volevo vedere il rosa, ma era rosa e non rossa ! Il cameriere se l' è cavata con un semplice "mi dispiace", se io fossi stato in lui sarei andato in cucina e mi sarei incazzato come una scimmia per aver presentato una portata totalmente differente a quanto richiesto, avrei voluto sentire le urla arrivare dalla cucina, invece tutto è sembrato normale. Inoltre avrei provato a rimediare, cosa che invece non è stato fatto! Per una bistecca che costa 65€ al Kg (96€ di bistecca) deve essere SANTIFICATA e servita secondo le richieste del cliente, non cercare di giustificare eventuali mancanze del tipo che se non te la facciamo cosi la mangio fredda. Ci ero stato in passato e devo dire che mi aveva sempre soddisfatto, però o sono incappato in una giornata storta oppure hanno abbassato la qualità. Insomma rapporto qualità/prezzo molto basso, visto i prezzi alti e la scarsa riuscita dei piatti nonostante l' ottima materia prima di partenza. Conto finale 110€, con amaro offerto dalla carinissima ragazza alla cassa. Ambiente spartano e parcheggio dedicato come già detto nei giuduzi precedenti. Per correttezza non mi aspetto repliche da parte del proprietario come fatto per eventuali altre critiche fatte da...

We returned to Tramaglino during our week long stay in Figline this year after having eaten here 2 years ago while on holiday. Just like 2 years ago we had a fantastic meal this time too. Don't be put off by the location or exterior of this restaraunt as the food is excellent. We received a great welcome from the owner who somehow remembered us from our one visit two years ago. All members of the famility had various steak dishes which were delicious including my own bistecca alla fiorentina ... it was excellently cooked as were all the dishes. In addition, we also had panna cotta for desert and it was huge ... and delicious!!! Overall we had a wonderful meal with excellent and friendly service. This really is somewhere where your should go for at least one meal when...
