Da Jolanda Albergo Ristorante Pizzeria — Restaurant in Firenzuola

Modifico una mia vecchia recensione da 5 stelle perché mi è sembrata cambiata la gestione. Ampi margini di miglioramento. Non è più la Jolanda di una volta ma lo potrebbe ridiventare. Ci sono stato con mia moglie ieri domenica 15/05/2022. Consiglierei innanzitutto alla nuova gestione di cercare di mantenere quell'aria casalinga e meno raffinata. Ieri c'era molta gente, ma una volta la Jolanda veniva anche a fare due chiacchere al tavolo. Rimetterei nel cestino del pane anche quelle mini crescentine buonissime che dava la Jolanda. Poi cambiate i coltelli. Per una fiorentina occorrono coltelli con la punta e la sega e non coltelli con la punta tonda e con poca sega. La Fiorentina era fantastica, però riproporrei anche la Fiorentina da 700 - 750 gr. Assolutamente da eliminare il formaggio grana grattugiato dentro le bustine di nylon. Occorre una formaggera. Per il resto direi tutto ottimo. Le lasagne di ieri erano da 10, il vino bianco frizzante molto buono, la Fiorentina strepitosa come al solito e buonissime anche le patate al forno con la buccia.
