Was a really bad experience as a tourist. We went with my mom at 6pm to ask if they served desserts (because I wanted to have a dessert time with my mom, we are staying like 50mts away from the restaurant) and the lady that was there, told us when we ask for the dessert, to come back at 7:30pm.
So we waited, and we got back at 7:30pm.
She was at the beginning really kind but then when we ordered just the desserts she changed us from seats (we accepted) but then she didn’t treated us as clients I felt discriminated and was a awful service, she didn’t payed attention when we wanted to order (because she didn’t took our order previously), she removed everything from the table (even she didn’t care about bringing napkins or the beverage we ordered with the dessert) and when we finished I suggested her to be kind with the tourists because we asked first at 6pm if they served desserts and she made us wait an hour and a half. And also we don’t know the culture and costumes here in Italy we respect that it’s a beautiful country, but if she had explained before (for example for desserts is another table or maybe we do not serve desserts at dinner) we have understood. But she didn’t. I haven’t experience this before in other restaurants in Italy only here and was an unpleasant.
So if you are a tourist and you don’t want to be treated un respectfully and feel discriminated. I do not recommend this place to eat (desserts,...
Read moreA very nice little restaurant with a beautiful small terrace from where you have a view over the surrounding hills. The service was really really nice and personalised and the food was delicious. We had gnocchi, tagliatelle and the tartare and everything was fresh and tasty. Also the deserts are wonderful, above all the torta di pistacchio alla ricotta and the torta al cioccolato con salsa piccante. The wine offer is really impressive and you can choose the appropriate wine with each dish. The place is also very good for those who want to eat gluten free because for instance the gnocchi are made without flour. Definitely worth...
Read moreThe outstandingly delicious food, the gorgeous and flower-filled view from our table on the veranda, and the international “oldies” playlist had me smiling the entire meal and to top it off, we were waited on by the two most cheerful and welcoming people. They also have a cookbook section full of recipes from all over the world. This is the place for people who are curious about cuisine, and who adore beautiful places and happy people. The stuzzichino appetizer, the lemon pasta, the chimichurri beef were all incredible, and we can’t wait to come back...
