Old Wild West - Frosinone — Restaurant in Frosinone

Our Cassino OWW previous to this visit to OWW in Frosinone so we returned.. Big mistake. Lunchtime.. Largely empty restaurant... We were shown to a tiny two-person table in an awkward corner. I then asked to be seated at a roomier booth. Grudgingly we were. The taco meal (a trio of different fillings) I was so excited to again eat was no longer on the menu... We should have left right there. Husband had a dried out hamburger, I had a mediocre wrap, the shared fried dish was small and over fried. Service was very slow, and again it was largely empty. Won't return to the Frosinone OWW location. Cassino one was a much better experience. This Old Wild West...

L'Old Wild West di Frosinone si conferma una scelta conveniente per chi cerca un pasto "all'americana" subito dopo l'uscita dall'autostrada A1. L'ambiente è indubbiamente il suo punto di forza: molto caratteristico e ben curato, trasporta immediatamente nel Far West, con arredi in legno, luci soffuse e dettagli che richiamano i saloon d'epoca. L'atmosfera è piacevole e contribuisce a rendere l'esperienza più coinvolgente. Il parcheggio gratuito e spazioso è un ulteriore plus non indifferente, soprattutto per chi arriva in auto. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, la qualità è generalmente buona, ma con qualche riserva sul rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il Gran Canyon, pur presentando una carne di buona qualità, a 23 euro risulta un po' caro per il contenuto complessivo del piatto. Similmente, il misto fritti come antipasto, sebbene gustoso, si posiziona in una fascia di prezzo leggermente elevata. Tuttavia, ci sono anche delle note positive: il dolce "affogato al rum Vencha" è assolutamente da provare, una chiusura di pasto deliziosa che bilancia qualche eccesso nei prezzi delle portate principali. Il servizio è buono: il personale è attento e cortese, contribuendo a un'esperienza complessivamente positiva. In sintesi, l'Old Wild West di Frosinone è un'ottima opzione per una cena a tema, soprattutto se si apprezza l'ambiente. La qualità del cibo è discreta, ma i prezzi, seppur non eccessivi, potrebbero essere più allineati al valore offerto per alcune pietanze. Consigliato per l'atmosfera e per una pausa...

Sunday night, busy place. Just two beers and few apetizers, it won't be long. We sit, and after kind of 15 minutes the waitress (i think the only one that knew the job) asked us if we were ready. We have Nachos, Fries and mini bites wit cheese and jalapeños (?). The beer was watery (a Muller as they said) but nothing compared to the Milwaukee's draught.
