For sure not the cheapest option around but nice food. This restaurant became popular after that it was shown in a TV show. The food is good quality and is mainly local. I advice you to go for an Antipasto (starter) and a main course (first course). The first courses seem more original than the second which I found a bit more boring. On the menu there are many types of meats (both mixed grill and steaks). There are two options of fish among the first courses and second courses although this is mainly a Grill house restaurant. We liked the gnocchi alla Sorrentina while the expensive Uruguayan grilled meat was nothing particularly special. The meat did not come with any complimentary side dish which I found weird. The Volsci Antipasto was ok. Italian espresso coffees were very good. For 2 people, a starter with a main dish and 2 glasses of wine, 2 espressos, we spent 93 euros. This restaurant is excellent , I personally travel a lot in the UK and to many European countries and I have to say that this restaurant is one of the best I've ever been too, the food the service the value and the atmosphere is first class , the owner who I met while in the restaurant is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on food and wine he offers , excellent local produce ... he's also very polite and welcoming . I suggest to all the people who are traveling on the highway between Rome and Naples you should stop here at this place much better than any service station . Read moreWe went there on our way back from Pompeii to Rome and the food was all right... honestly the appetizers were amazing, but I ordered steak and it was not good! Expensive and they couldn't cook it correctly on an open flame... I had to send it back and it still came out wrong so the stake disappointing. I would have done more but the server barely came to our table that was another issue. We waited and waited to pay our check and finally flight someone else down! It was cool you could see the cooks make the food on the Open Flame so there was something to watch while we were there. Not going to be in a hurry to go...
