Walking up we thought “what a lovely atmosphere, good music & lighting” however when sitting down we weren’t given a menu and eventually told it was accessible via a qr code with no physical menus. No one took our drinks order, the table settings looked like childrens place settings and cutlery was the cheapest you can find. Looking at the menu (on our phones) we thought it looked pricey but maybe that meant quality. When ordering we were told the dishes 3 of our party wanted weren’t available and we should go for the next best similar thing, a prawn tartare that was 30 euros. 3 of our party had the carbonara which was far too salty & not good at all. The prawn tartare had 1 prawn sliced up in dry spaghetti. Honestly If I could give the food 0 stars I would, absolutely awful. I can cook better italian food and i’m english. Read moreSiamo venuti a bere un drink dopo cena, abbiamo ordinato un gin sour e whisky sour, arrivano due drink senza la schiuma necessaria per definire quest’ultimo “sour”, chiediamo gentilmente spiegazioni al cameriere che chiama di conseguenza il barman. Il barman visibilmente irritato e con un modo di fare decisamente scontroso, ci risponde che loro non utilizzano albume e la sostanza che usano per creare la schiuma del sour l’avevano terminata. Secondo noi potevano avvisarci, oppure semplicemente rifarci un altro drink. Inoltre ci hanno detto che loro non utilizzano albume, sottolineando come il mancato utilizzo dell’ingrediente fosse esplicitato nel menu, cosa assolutamente NON vera(vedi foto). La situazione si poteva risolvere semplicemente rifacendo un drink senza obbligarci a bere il drink che non era assolutamente un sour.
