We went to the winery, which was fabulous, and decided to try the onsite restaurant. This is a top shelf place, and the food was pricey. But this was the BEST meal I had this trip to Tuscany!!! We ate for lunch, and it was not busy at all, but understand that they are packed at night. I got the special - it was a wild boar stew, with the local mushrooms and truffels. Read moreWe first came to this beautiful restaurant two years ago. Upon returning last night, it is just fantastic as we remembered. The staff are kind and welcoming, and the food is some of the best in the region, which we visit often. The pasta and bread is all homemade and everything from the chef's amuse bouche to the desserts are carefully thought out and perfectly executed! We will return again before we leave the area.
