Al Palazzino a casa di Lucia Pavin — Restaurant in Galliera Veneta

About a week ago I was fortunate to have dinner again at the Palazzino and the experience was wonderful. The food was amazing, wine choice was superb and the service impeccable. I recently had dinner at Single Thread a restaurant outside San Francisco which was awarded 3 Michelin stars. I do believe that Mrs Pavin and her children definitely deserve a visit from the Michelin crew. It is inexplicable to me why a restaurant with this level of sophistication, accompanied by the quality of the food and the perfect service has not been awarded at least one star yet. We went there to celebrate our anniversary in the end of May. I was impressed by the excellent service, by the delicious food and fantastic prosecco. We were feeling like a Prince and a Princess. The portion were balanced.

Abbiamo fatto Al Palazzino il ricevimento, la cena e a seguire la festa del nostro matrimonio. Che dire...non potevamo fare scelta migliore. Fin dalla prima visita siamo rimasti molto colpiti dell'eleganza e classe di questo curatissimo ristorante e dalla professionalità e premura della chef signora Lucia e da Alessandro che hanno saputo accogliere e consigliare l'organizzazione del nostro evento. Un ristorante che lavora con ingredienti selezionati e di alta qualità con una cucina di alto livello in tutte le portate comprese la torta e i dolci. Abbiamo fatto il ricevimento in giardino, immerso nel verde, riservato e ben curato, perfetto per l'occasione. Poi la cena si è svolta all'interno nella sala principale con un'atmosfera elegante e incantevole. Grandissima professionalità da parte di tutto il personale.
