rooms rented at a restaurant located in front of the lake, easy to find, at the lake como road, in the last house of pescate in south direction||||i took two rooms for one night||||the rooms were clean, recently renovated and well maintained. an acceptable bed, a small tv with a selection of channels in italian only, a good wardrobe with a safety box, a small fridge and air conditioned that worked well in one of the rooms and nt so well in the other one (unsufficient cooling and noises from time to time). ||||theoretically, at least one of the rooms should have a balcony, but none had (the reservation was made via booking). one of the rooms (101) had an ugly viewto the garage and the other one (102) had a partial view of the lake||||the bathroom had good size, sufficient towells, even a bidet, good pressure in the shower and a bah foam / shampoo dispenser.||||the free wifi did not work in our rooms (101 and 102) but did work at the end of the corridor||||there is an addequate locked open air carpark in the back courtyard||||dogs are accepted at no cost||||the reception does not exist, the check-in process in done at the restaruant. i arrived out of restaurant hours but after phoning the owners, a polite person came in 2 minutes||||no breakfast available and no way to have coffee in the hotel. we did not find any interesting place for breakfast in the neighbourhood, so we left the rooms (leaving the keys at the mail box, as the restaurant only open by 10 am) and went to lecco (10 minutes by car) for breakfast||||the price was not high, but i think that the property should think about being able to offer a coffee or some hot drinks to the guest in the morning, improve the internet and ensure that when a room with balcony and lake view is offerd in the reservation, this should be fullfilled.||||also, the property should make sure that all the rooms get agood wifi signal.||||summarizing: acceptable room at decent price, but...

Nachdem wir mit dem Auto rund 25km durch die Gegend gegurkt sind, stetig auf der Suche nach einem netten Restaurant, bereits bei 3 Restaurants mit dem Vermerk auf "Geburtstag oder Hochzeit" abgewiesen, hielten wir auf dem Parkplatz gegenüber. Der erste Eindruck von Draußen, es könnte eventuell dank der Straßenlage etwas lauter sein, verflog sofort nach dem Eintreten in den "geschlossenen wintergartenähnlichen Terrassenbereich". Von den Autos bekommt man nichts mit! Die Gewölbe und der Sitzbereich machen eine richtig gemütlich Athmosphäre! Nach freundlicher Begrüßung, Aperitivo und gutem Studium der abwechslungsreichen Karte und italienisch typischem gereichtem Pizzabrot, teilten wir zunächst zu viert zwei verschiedene gemischte Antipasti-Frutti-di-Mare-Vorspeisen-Teller. Der Lachs war perfekt, die Muscheln noch besser, und der Oktopus so gut wie lange nicht mehr! Zum "Haupgang" standen dann ein vorzügliches Risotto (eigentlich vorspeise), ein Salat mit Schwertfischstreifen, eine Quattro Formagi und eine Calzone auf dem Tisch. Der Blauschimmel auf der 4-Käse hat eine eigene Erwähnung verdient, das Risotto war knackig und gleichzeitig zart-cremig! Jedem hat's mehr als geschmeckt! Zum Nachtisch, keiner konnte mehr, bestellten wir 2 Tiramisu und mussten, weil es uns so schmeckte, auch diese noch restlos verdrücken. Kaum waren wir fertig, hatte der Koch Luigi Feierabend und es entstand noch eine sehr nette Runde bei ein paar Glas Hauswein / Bier (für mich) ! Preislich liegen Pizzen bei ca 7-10€, großzügige Vorspeisenteller mit Meeresfrüchten bei 15€ und Getränke (im Vergleich zu Deutschland) sind Spottbillig! Es ist also eher im gut bezahlbaren Bereich! Alles in allem lag unsere Rechnung nach über 3 Stunden mit 2 Flaschen Wein, min 4 Aperol-Spritz 3 gr. Bier und 2 Runden Aperitivo bei ca 120€ zu viert. Als Empfehlung kann ich im Nahinein sagen: Geht zum Koch/Chef, und fragt, was er euch empfehlen kann! Wenn ihr kein Italienisch könnt, Hände, Füße, Deutsch Englisch Französisch Spanisch und alles andere hilft immer, Ihr werdetr euren Spass haben!!

Raramente mi lamento dei posti in cui vado a mangiare, perché comprendo che ci possono essere delle serate "no" e che anche degli errori possono capitare. Se poi si va in un locale il sabato sera, naturalmente è ancora più probabile che possano esserci delle difficoltà. Devo dire però che sono rimasto deluso non poco da questo posto. Ci passo praticamente tutti i giorni e ogni giorno, rientrando da lavoro vedo gente che entra e che esce da questo ristorante pizzeria. Incuriosito ho voluto provare, assieme a mia moglie.

Due risotti con filetti di pesce persico arrivati dopo tre minuti dall'ordinazione. In pratica risotto con formaggio spalmabile con su del pesce impanato, fritto, duro, unto e che sapeva solo di unto.

Vino rosso della casa che sembrava preso direttamente dal brick.

Una porzione di patate saltate che sapevano solo di unto e una grigliata di pesce (appena tiepida e tutt' altro che eccezionale) arrivate in tavola dopo oltre 30 minuti di attesa. Aggiungiamoci il tempo di attesa per fare in modo che qualcuno si accorgesse di noi per poter avere delle forchette e dei piatti per mangiare quello che avevamo ordinato.

Dimenticavo....mentre masticavo il risotto mi son trovato in bocca una cosa dura che pensavo fosse un sassolino che può capitare nel riso...ma si trattava di un pezzo di metallo di dubbia provenienza (foto).

Naturalmente primo, secondo e contorno, tutto rigorosamente insipido.

Tutto questo (due primi, un secondo, un contorno, 2 acque, ½ di rosso e un caffè) per la modica cifra di 74 euro!

Forse l'unica cosa salvabile del posto è stato l'accenno di cortesia delle cameriere più giovani.

Naturalmente, non abbiamo fatto storie. Mangiato, pagato, ringraziato. Non so se siamo stati sfortunati noi, se hanno avuto dei problemi in cucina o cosa, ma siamo rimasti davvero terribilmente delusi. La ristorazione è...
