NOT RECOMMENDED. After reading the reviews on Google we had high hopes, unfortunately they were wrong. Bad service from the manager himself and although his staff tried to fix it, it was without good result. The menu must be viewed by sending a message, and so your phone number, to a whatssapp/facebook account which is not according to European law. There was no printed menu available.

The food itself was, although very pricy and strangely arranged tasty… but very very salty and without proper wine advice (only after asking twice. The manager simply asked (or gave a tip) to look at the whatssapp-menu). The portions were on par, that is why it gets a 2* rating.

Can’t review the desert or coffee afterwards, as it took way too long to order. There was no staff structure.

Do yourself a favor and search something else. This area has so much more, and better, to offer. This is not a local osteria as you...

Siamo venuti a mangiare in questo locale l’altra sera, dopo aver prenotato per tre persone. La location è sinceramente meravigliosa, il resto non è purtroppo all’altezza. Il cibo è abbastanza buono, ma probabilmente quasi tutto precotto e solo scaldato. Il vero problema è il servizio: arrivati ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo (dopo qualche incertezza) e dopo un po’ ci hanno preso l’ordine. Tre primi, un secondo e una bottiglia di vino della casa. Dopo neanche due minuti che avevamo ordinato i primi erano già arrivati (uno stava andando anche a un altro tavolo). I pici erano troppo cotti ma il sugo era buono. Del vino però nessuna traccia fino a che tutti i primi realmente non erano già stati finiti. Il bere si porta prima del cibo. Quando finalmente arriva la cameriera con il vino porta una bottiglia GIÀ APERTA (nonostante sul nostro tavolo ci fosse un cavatappi lasciato lì dall’inizio della cena) e fa assaggiare il mio amico. Dopo aver confermato che andava bene il vino viene versato al mio amico e a me e alla mia amica niente. Eravamo solo in tre e si versa prima alle signore normalmente. In un ristorante mi aspetto altro, considerato che non era assolutamente pieno e tanti stavano già finendo di mangiare o avevano già ordinato. Chiamo poi una cameriera e le chiedo se per caso potessi ordinare anche un altro secondo oltre quello già segnato: mi viene detto che sarebbe arrivata una collega. Intanto il secondo ordinato in precedenza arriva tiepido, ma il mio non era neanche stato segnato e, della collega, di nuovo, nessuna traccia. Alla fine non prendiamo nient’altro e al momento del conto, nonostante tutti i disservizi e le disattenzioni, ci viene anche consegnato un conto sbagliato con più bottiglie di vino segnate quando a mala pena ne era arrivata una. Ecco questo è un peccato perché il posto potrebbe offrire tanto ed è davvero bello, ma l’attenzione al cliente è davvero troppo scarsa, ti fa passare la voglia di ordinare e mangiare li. Der erste Eindruck war gut, es ist ein schön gelegenes Restaurant. Wir waren 15 Minuten vor unserer Reservierung dort und hatten für italienische Verhältnisse sehr früh reserviert, doch unsere Reservierung wurde für diese Uhrzeit telefonisch entgegengenommen. Der Kellner draußen hatte Kopfhörer auf und deckte gerade noch die Tische ein, als wir ihn ansprachen guckte er mehrmals übertrieben auf die Uhr und ging dann rein. Als er wieder raus kam, führte er uns drinnen an einen Tisch, obwohl wir draußen reserviert hatten. Wir sagten nichts, weil er gleich wieder ging. Dann geschah mindestens 10 Minuten überhaupt nichts, obwohl wir von hinten aus dem Restaurant deutlich mehrere Stimmen hören konnten. Wir haben uns sehr unwillkommen gefühlt. Als dann endlich eine Kellnerin kam, wollte sie unsere Bestellung aufnehmen. Wir fragten irritiert nach der Karte, woraufhin sie knapp auf den kleinen Aufsteller auf dem Tisch deutete und ging. Der Aufsteller zeigt einen QR Code, die einzige Möglichkeit die Speisekarte einzusehen. Ein paar Minuten später kam sie zurück und wir bestellten, wobei zu sagen ist, dass die Speisekarte ein paar schöne Gerichte enthält. Bei der Bestellung gab es bei den Beilagen ein paar Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten und als sie dann schließlich alles aufgenommen hatte, ging sie in die Küche und gab ein sehr lautes und entnervtes Geräusch von sich. So etwas unhöfliches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir mussten nicht lange auf das Essen warten, konnten nebenbei aber gut verstehen, wie ein paar abfällige Kommentare über uns gemacht wurden.
