Le pizze di Koppa — Restaurant in Genoa

I want to detail my review as much as I can since it's my first bad review ever in here. I've already been to this very pizzeria long time ago and I remembered it as a very good pizzeria, so that I decided to give it a shot since I had a foreign with me who wants to try a good pizza. It didn't go well... I also want to say that I'm checking all the reviews, noticing that the score is extremely high, so that I could have had just an unlucky day/experience. Let's start with the good things: the service is very good, all the waiters are polite and kind and the pizza and drinks delivery was very fast. The place was crowded and quite loud but clean and the location is nice. Unfortunately I have now to mention all the bad things: the food quality was terrible. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it's probably been the worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life (I've tried different pizzerias almost every week in the last 25 years). The pizza didn't have flavor at all, the ingredients (the menu speaks the following: "only the best ingredients") were tasteless. It was like eating when you have flue, you don't taste anything. Closing my eyes, I couldn't tell what I was actually eating. I have serious doubts about the prosciutto, I'm very confident it was not the quality of prosciutto described in the menu since the tasteless prosciutto I have eaten doesn't even come close to the original one (which is extremely good). I couldn't tell what kind of cheese was topping the pizza since the flavor was undistinguishable. They price the pizzas as gourmet pizzas but they are not even close to be so. I'll be back to give a second chance hoping that it has been just an unlucky night and I'll be glad to delete the review changing it...

Arredamento voto 6.5 👍👍 Un classico ma ordinato arredamento per una #pizzeria di quartiere, a colpirci è stata sopratutto la gran quantità di posti a sedere. Tavoli apparecchiati e ordinati bene.

Menù voto 7.5 😍😍👍 🍕 - Pizza margherita per Nadir Bijoux 🍕 - Pizza con #pomodoro, #stracciatella, salame piccante, #burrata affumicata a fine #cottura. Personalmente ho trovato il bordo della #pizza un po' troppo secco, mentre ho trovato meravigliosamente #buona la burrata affumicata a fine cottura, la pizza risulta di uno spessore sottile, anche se preferisco le pizze #napoletane l'ho trovata comunque buona e digeribile. Mentre Nadir Bijoux ha trovato forse un po' troppa poca mozzarella nella sua pizza, comunque anche a lei è risultata molto buona. Invece come dolci abbiamo preso i seguenti 🍰 -Cheesecake alle fragole per Nadir Bijoux 🍰 -Cheesecake alla nutella Tutti e due i #dolci sono della casa, la presentazione è molto bella, le #cheesecake sono risultate di buonissima qualità e molto #gustose,l'unica piccola critica forse sta nella croccantezza del #biscotto, per la nostra personale opinione andava fatto un po più spesso.

Servizio voto 8.5 😍😍😍 Servizio al tavolo veramente veloce anche con locale abbastanza pieno.

Rapporto qualità prezzo voto 7.5 👍👍 Pizzeria da consigliare, abbiamo passato una piacevole #serata, se amate le pizze napoletane potrebbe non fare per voi...per il resto, tranne qualche piccola imperfezione, assolutamente promossa. Inoltre c'è ampia disponibilità...

PERCHÈ? 🤔!!!!!! È STATO UNO SBAGLIO! 😢😢😢 CHIEDERE UNA PIZZA E BASTA. NONOSTANTE IO NON AMI IL CONTATTO CON LE PERSONE (QUINDI CONFUSIONE per me) QUESTO LUOGO MI HA SAPUTO DARE UN CERTO CONFORT! IL TEMPO D'ATTESA NON È STATO PER NIENTE LUNGO. LA CAMERIERA CASTANA MARGOT È STATA MOLTO DISPONIBILE, E SI È DIMOSTRATA ESSERE MOLTO PROFESSIONALE. IL SIGNOR MARIO DAVVERO MOLTO GENTILE HA SAPUTO SODDISFARE I MIEI REQUISITI NONOSTANTE AVESSI CAMBIATO L'ORDINE 2 VOLTE, HO ORDINATO UNA PIZZA 4 FORMAGGI CON AGGIUNTA DI BUFALA E BURRATA È venuta una meraviglia solo che purtroppo era troppo fina, a saperlo chiedevo doppia massa.

OVVIAMENTE HO CHIESTO 2 DOLCI DELLA CASA (I MIEI PREFERITI) PANNA COTTA ECCEZZIONALE E TIRAMIS ( SINCERAMENTE :era buono ma mi sembrava di mangiare un vasetto di yogurt al cioccolato Muller)
