Extraordinary!

This was by far the most enjoyable dinner we had in Apulia. From the easy reservation process and the stylish interior, to the very friendly and polite service, the great wine list, and the extraordinary-tasting dishes. Everything was wonderful. Even the portions were unexpectedly generous.

A special thank you to our server for the excellent wine-pairing recommendations, which made the evening even more memorable.

Thank you for giving us an evening to remember. If we get the chance, we will definitely be back.

Although it wasn’t as busy as I thought it might have been which would have improved the atmosphere, the restaurant was fantastic. By far the best aperol in Puglia for a start, and all the food was great! Would recommend to any truffle lover! My favorites were the veal main course and we got the extra burrata and scampi to share before. They are generous with bread which they give for almost every course. Could be room for improvement considering the price tag of €65 per person as well as imagination of the dishes but you can’t fault the quality of...

Micheline star food and service without the stuffiness. We’ve eaten here numerous times and never disappointed. The most recent visit included hunting for truffles in a nearby forest with their incredible dogs. The hunt was followed by a master class by the chef with a four course meal paired with exquisite wines. Highly, highly recommend if not for the full adventure but for an amazing meal with exceptional service...
