We had a great evening. The welcome is warm, the dining room is spacious and the service is impeccable! We opted for the sea menu and were wonderfully surprised by the combination of tastes. If you are not from the area, I strongly advise you that taste the local wines, they are delicious!

Ristorante ricavato nelle vecchie scuderie del castello di Govone. Possibilità, se si desidera, di menù degustazione / assaggio misto carne pesce e alla fine oltre all'eventuale dolce viene servita una piccola pasticceria fresca e secca. Servizio molto attento e presente ma senza essere opprimente; vino nel secchiello al lato del tavolo e servito dal personale di sala , molto cortese ed efficiente, cambio posate ad ogni nuova portata. Cucina ottima, mai banali sempre una bella e gustosa sorpresa. Prezzo adeguato! Una delizia. Due sale una più intima, raccolta e riparata, senza vista, mentre quella più ampia si affaccia sulla sottostante piazza e sulla cucina, attraverso a degli oblò per darvi uno sguardo sulle vostre future pietanze. Our experience was not great - items were fishy, raw and possibly requiring a very different pallet than mine (although I eat sushi at least once per week). Modern and not well executed.

For my tastes, a well rated Michelin or Relais & Chateau rated establishment would be best.
