Spiaggia Airone Pizzeria Ristorante — Restaurant in Grado

Returned after 5 years.... Waitress seamed disappointed with our order... beer is interestingly priced, like downtown Vienna, coperto but no bread at the table.... I am sad to see this contrast to good memories... I know times are hard for everyone ... But no reason to react visibly disapointed when a family orders two pizzas for three kids a pizza for dad and a salad for mom... Just disappointed in the attitude 🥺 Also... 5 cover charges at 1,50 (€7,50 for two adults and three children) for three forks, three knifes, three napkins and two paper tablecloth and being treated with disrespect .... Five years ago we had a great experience, happy staff, kind owners...

Hope they had just a bad day...

2018: Great food especially for dinner, at lunch rather limited, still fair prices and at least low covercharge none would be better .... But its italy.. nice beach umbrellas... We loved it! Beer could...

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and we waited a long time to be attended to. Our group of four did not receive our meals at the same time; the pizzas arrived first, followed by the rest of the food, but our last order (for a child) didn't come until an hour later. Mauro... cambia mestiere o limitati a fare la pizza... 4 adulti 4 bimbi di cui un neonato... chiediamo se possibile di aggiungere un tavolo visto che era da 6 e noi in 8... (DI LIBERI CE NERANO) la cameriera propensa a farlo ha dovuto chiedere il permesso a sto "Mauro" che dice NO.. i coperti che abbiamo pagato sono 7 però caro mio... inoltre i calamari sono totani e di bassa qualità... finita la cena ci sediamo su uno sdraio dello stabilimento approfittando per cambiare il neonato mentre i bimbi giocavano in spiaggia e "Mauro" dopo i 127 € di conto x 4 piatti di bassa qualità messi in croce ci ha pure mandati via nascondendosi dietro a scuse legali puerili..." se restate seduti qua devo attivare il bagnino per legge".... lascia il posto a chi lo sa far rendere e sa trattare i clienti come...
