Very disappointed in my experience here. The deer was the worst deer that I have ever had. The polenta was bland, dry, and tasteless. The veal which we ordered 3 different ways was all covered in sauce. Menu items was read off a list that the waiter read. You have no idea of what you’re getting. When the food was brought out, the meat was drenched in sauce. Very dissatisfied at how far this restaurant strays from traditional cuisine. Siamo andati a mangiare in questo locale dopo aver conosciuto il proprietario in una breve sosta dove abbiamo preso solo delle bevande calde durante l'inverno. Il modo di fare gentile dell'esercente e la sua cordialità ci ha spinto a provare le pietanze culinarie del ristorante. La cordialità e il servizio ci ha confermato quello che già avevamo intuito in precedenza, purtroppo devo dire che abbiamo trovato i prezzi un po' cari rispetto alle proposte scelte sul menù; a cominciare dagli antipasti che proponevano prodotti tipici di zona, il loro costo era di ben 19 euro cadauno, quelli che vedete in foto sono 2 antipasti insieme(mancano solo 2 tomini caldi arrivati dopo), quindi 38 euro in totale, giudicate voi. Passando ai primi devo dire che la zuppa e la polenta come prezzi e quantità erano standard (11 euro cad.no) , un appunto devo farlo sui ravioli di cinghiale dove nel piatto ne erano presenti solo 5. Inoltre, le crespelle alla valdostana erano ricoperte solo di fonduta ed al loro interno non era presente il classico ripieno, forse un loro modo di preparazione. Comunque chi le ha mangiate non le ha gradite molto ed anche queste un po' misere come quantità. Vino sfuso 14 euro litro, normale...

This is really great restaurant, considering the price and great service from the owner! We had two dinners and would have come more, if we wouldn’t have tried almost whole menu!
