Ovviamente il giudizio su cibo e soprattutto servizio e ambiente sono riferiti al tipo di posto in cui ci troviamo e giustificato ad esempio dalla presenza di un parcheggio dedicato, tavolo interno e tavoli esterni. Per il resto la schiacciata, i salumi, le salse, le verdure e, quando ci sono i piatti fatti ad hoc, sono top e sicuramente superiori a alcuni posti alla moda nel centro di Firenze .
