Our visit to Gabbiano 3.0 in Marina di Grossseto, a Michelin-starred restaurant, was an unforgettable experience. We ordered the seven-course tasting menu and wine pairing to go with it., which from the very beginning took us on an extraordinary culinary journey.
The food was exquisite, and the various types of wine perfectly matched each dish. Huge applause to the chefs who prepared an amazing menu that delighted all our taste buds. Each dish was exceptional, from the truffle mousse to the oyster dish. Every element of the menu was perfectly composed, and the wine highlighted the flavor of each dish.
I can't pick a single favorite dish because each one presented a unique taste. The lamb was prepared perfectly – tender and juicy. An incredible surprise was the dessert, served in the form of a salad, which was an ideal solution for those who don't prefer sweets. It was an absolute hit, and we had never encountered anything like it before.
Beyond the exceptional food, the restaurant staff made a tremendous impression on us. They created a wonderful atmosphere by sharing interesting stories related to the dishes and wines served. This made us feel very connected to the place. It was an incredibly valuable experience, showing how young people can create a perfect place in terms of food, wine selection, and atmosphere.
Every moment spent at Gabbiano 3.0 was a pleasure, and the atmosphere in the restaurant made us feel very comfortable.

Read moreThe Michelin restaurants are about the experience of the food not getting yourself fool, therefore I rate the experience 5 stars. I tasted dishes that I didn’t think could be made of such different ingredients. Stuff was friendly, however I got dish with seafood when I ordered the vegetarian option, and in apology I got another dish just for me from outside the menu, that the chef made for me. Michelin star restaurants are not for everyone, and it’s an experience for once in a while, where the cooks make specialised dishes, it’s like art for the tongue, but not many understand that, and I’m probably one of them, but the effort put in understanding is important, when the cooks put so much work in one dish. My favorite part were the delicious desserts. Also I was very glad that without any problem we could be there with my dog. Recommend (not...
