We had a terrible experience! This resort was not worth the trip or the money. Our plan for an exciting summer vacation in the Imperia region turned into an expensive disappointment and left us even more exhausted. It was our first time visiting this part of Italy. Normally, we go to Caorle for our vacations, where we’ve had much better and more enjoyable experiences for half the price. From the moment we arrived, we were so shocked by the poor location of the resort that we wanted to cancel our reservation, but they refused. On the first night, we could hear noise from the neighboring room all night long because the walls were so thin. After constant complaints and follow-ups, they finally moved us to a villa, but even there, we encountered numerous problems. Our daughter suffered from body aches all week due to the poor-quality mattresses and couldn’t sleep. The children’s room was small and frightening, and she refused to sleep there even for one night (and we couldn’t blame her). By the second day, she kept asking to go back home, saying that home was more appealing than this resort! - The pool water was only clean in the mornings; for the rest of the day, it was dirty and neglected. - The spa area was so filthy that it was unusable, so we couldn’t take advantage of it. - The food at the restaurant was overpriced and of very poor quality. The salads and fried vegetables were completely stale, yet they charged a lot for them! The staff shortage was very noticeable. We waited 40 minutes for a drink in the courtyard, but no one was available to take our order because the limited staff was busy serving dinner. - For a three-hectare recreational area, there was only one person responsible for entertaining the children, and during our week-long stay, that person was sick and didn’t show up. Every day, we were promised that they would come, but finally, two days before our departure, we were told that they wouldn’t be coming and that there was no replacement either. (We had called several times before the trip to confirm that there would be entertainment for the children at the resort.) We’ve experienced entertainment teams in Caorle and various cities in Spain, so we went to Imperia with peace of mind, but we were completely let down! - The kitchen utensils in the villa were extremely limited, of poor quality, and unhygienic, making it difficult to prepare and serve even a simple meal. - The bathroom and toilet were in terrible condition. Unfortunately, we paid a lot of money for a disorganized and low-quality resort, like buying a fake product at an exorbitant price instead of the real thing. This was a terrible experience! This part of Italy is not worth visiting, especially Giada Villa, which doesn’t even come close to other vacation spots!

In general we felt well and the children (3y and 5y)had fun with children from other families. Not sure if I would repeat the hotel anyway. Staff: friendly and helpful Location/Arrival: outer part of the city Imperia convenient to visit from here the area Liguria and also take the highway and go to Nice and Monaco. Room: bed OK; sofa bed poor, restroom: poor a little bid old and with mould. Cleaness: Ok but can be better. Closet and floor can be better. Facilities: 3 pools in 3 different levels since the place is a hill with a slope very strong. 1 fun park, minigolf and a field to play either football or tenis was very nice to have for the children. Breakfast: standard eggs, ham, cheese, toast, bread, croissant, juice concentrate. In my opinion the quality of the products could be better for example the toast are already toasted or the marmalade, or yoghurt are poor quality and coffee is from automat not from espresso machines and for me was not good enough. Parking: OK, 10 EUR per day in front of the facility.

Petit. Simple. Familial et Super bon! A essayer absolument.

Waarom € 15? Dat is toch...

It is a lovely resort, in a beautiful setting. The apartments are nicely spread and it never felt crowded. ||Whilst we enjoyed the diversity of the Italien cuisine also elsewhere, we frequently dined at the resort - NOT buffet but à la carte. Stunning setting, delicious food and very friendly service. ||Some let-downs to note: ||The facilities are available as described but most of them are of older generation and in need of maintenance. ||Cleanliness is the biggest disappointment. When we moved into the apartment dishes/ plates etc were clearly not properly washed, the balcony was not mobbed or maintained and did not invite any of us to sit outside despite best views over the mountains. ||Breakfast was ok but the buffet was partially „inaccessible“ due to the „counter service“. I can see the intention but it was counter productive. The choice was extremely limited and continental. Not to our taste.||Coffee - in Italy from a Nespresso machine 🙈?! ||Entertainment for adults was not available during our stay and our kids never attended the evening “shows” as it was tailored to extremely young children and repetitive. The sports ground made up for it and was the place were the kids made friends.||The atmosphere was mostly welcoming but far from the usual Italian family resort style. If you need assistance turn to Sara, she is always...
