Durante la nostra settimana di vacanza a Orosei, abbiamo scoperto un piccolo gioiello a Irgoli: Cheadommo – Ristorante Tradizionale. Un’esperienza talmente speciale che ci siamo tornati ben due volte! L’accoglienza è affidata a Rossana, responsabile di sala, che con una gentilezza disarmante e una rara attenzione al cliente riesce a consigliare con precisione, passione e grande competenza. Ogni sua parola è guida sicura in un menù che racconta la vera anima della cucina sarda. In cucina c’è Valentina, che definire semplicemente "brava" sarebbe riduttivo: cucina divinamente. I suoi piatti parlano di tradizione, ma anche di cura, gusto ed equilibrio. Ogni portata è un piccolo capolavoro, preparato con ingredienti genuini e presentato con eleganza. Il ristorante è curato nei minimi dettagli, dall’arredamento alla mise en place, in un ambiente caldo e autentico che ti fa sentire a casa.
