Edo Sushi-bar — Restaurant in Irgoli

We are not from the area (visiting from the US) and stopped in after horseback riding nearby. I have to say, we have had sushi on the US west coast, east coast and in between and have never had this spectacular quality before. I would recommend this to anyone visiting or living in Sardinia who loves sushi. We speak very little Italian but the chef was able to accommodate with no problems at all. Edo is well worth the drive to Irgoli and worth every Euro you will spent there!

We enjoyed our evening there very much. The Sashimi, Rolls etc must be one of the best in Europe. The fish was fresh and very tasty. The rolls were creative and beautiful. Not too much rice but the right mix. We enjoyed the Gyoza, never had a comparable good one and never had a better one even in Japan.

We were amazed with the quality and the taste and the chef of course!! We loved every piece and definitely worth the price.
