I must correct my first note; yesterday we had a second dinner this week at this restaurant ; one main course has come almost 30 min before the others - but was not tragic; the pizza was again very good ; the boss has like the first time very annoyed that you must order within the first minute drinks and food.... all not tragic ; we are on vacation and in the restaurant is busy; But - after the meal we still ordered wine; my children could not order dessert due to us was told in a very rude way that we should leave- the table is still needed; ..... we didn’t drink the wine-. but of course we paid it; Conclusion - good pizza, quaint style ...unfriendly ( because we are guests for...

This was the most magical and unexpected dinner I’ve ever experienced in Castle Costello. The outdoor setting felt like something out of a fairytale, with little bulbs lighting up the street and creating the most romantic, cosy atmosphere. We sat outside, and it was incredibly sweet and peaceful. The staff were absolutely beautiful, so enthusiastic, warm, and full of joy. Their energy transformed the whole evening. I had the four cheese pizza and the octopus pizza, and both were beyond delicious, full of rich flavour.

Ci sarebbe piaciuto esprimere un giudizio sul locale e la qualità del cibo,ma devo dire che è stato impossibile andarci. Telefoniamo primo pomeriggio per prenotare e ci viene risposto che ci facevano sapere per le 17:40 se era possibile un tavolo dopo che il responsabile di sala avrebbe controllato. Telefonata arrivata alle 17:40 con esito positivo,ma il bello arriva verso le 19 circa dove vedendo un messaggio wa (che parlava di annullamento della prenotazione)ed anche delle chiamate che non avevo sentito stando al mare.Richiamo subito e vengo immediatamente cazziato perché non gli avevo risposto,a quel punto gli ricordo che mi avevano LORO chiamato confermandomi il tavolo per la sera dopo accurato controllo quindi "non capivo" il motivo dell'annullamento e mi viene risposto che avevano fatto un errore.A tal punto gli dico che era strano visto che avevano controllato prima di richiamarmi per la conferma,ma a questa mi precisazione mi si viene risposto che poteva capitare a chi lavora aggiungendo SGARBATAMENTE scusi ma lei non ha mai lavorato,non le è mai capitato di sbagliare? Concludo dicendo che mettere le mani avanti non è producente in nessun caso,figuriamoci quando si è a contatto con il pubblico. Chiudo la telefonata augurandogli un buon lavoro con la speranza di trovare un ristorante libero...
