Al Fritoin — Restaurant in Jesolo

HORRIBLE SERVICE. It is all I can say. I am very dissapointed. The service at this place sucks really bad. I guess it is kind of famous restaurant for tourists and locals but how they get around this I have no idea. First waitress that gave us menus and shared with s specials and everything was ver nice. Than next waiter comes in and takes our order ( he never showed up again ) nobody came by to se how we are doing or if everything is ok or if we want to order anything else. Yes we like beer so we would like to spend more at your restaurant….but..,.nobody cared…..we waited about 30 minutes twisted our heads around and this nice young girl comes in to safe the day. She has tried but not successfuly. We have ordered and waited another maybe 20 minutes to get our order. After that of course we want to spend and pay more at this place….but…..nobody cared again….too shame……well anyway we have ordered another beer and paid. Only after I paid I noticed that these guys charge automatically “tip” , which I would not have any issue with if the service was as expected. For the service we have recieved I would leave a total of $1 just to show them that I was truly extremely unsatisfied with the service. For the amount I paid I usually leave at least $15 tip but tonight they alrrady stole half of it for nothing and did not even mentioned there anywhere but me as a nice guy I still left couole of € extra. Food here is delicious but the service is very strange. The waitress with the blonde curly hair is rude (maybe she is the boss?). We did not feel welcome and it was exactly the same situation last year. We have been coming here for a few years during our summer holidays and it used to be amazing, but now we wont return anymore. The waitress acts arrogant and unwelcoming. Such a shame as the food is very nice. If you can put up with the bad service then ….

Everything we tried on the menu is great except...

Puzza was ok, but just ok. We waited for 10 mins to get seeted, another 15 mins to get the menus and 15 mins to order. It took more than 1h to get the food from the moment we entered the restaurant.
