Pizzeria Maison Jolie — Restaurant in Jesolo

The food is very good , but We was very disappointed about the service, 1st time we were there we told that we are from Adriatic Palace Hotel, so we will have discount, but when we ask for a bill they forgot to do the discount, and told us that it is our fault🙄 The 2nd time we went there at 11:20 ( the restaurant is closing at 12:00), the waiter Tatyana came & remembered us, and instead of nice welcome she told us why we come at this late time🙄 later when paying the bill she said us that again she forgot about discount, but the manager of restaurant did not change the bill, and said that we must every time tell about it, and also the waiter changed her mind and said that she didnt remember us, and she didnt know about the discount. So we pay the bill without discount, The service is very very bad, even if we forget to say about it, the manager should change the bill, in order to make us happy and serve properly. And the waiter should not lie by saying that she didnt remember us. Moreover the waiter cant come and tell that the time is too late, she is not the one who will say at what time we must go to restaurant.

Besides all of this, while having dinner at that time, the waiters were standing near us, and disturbing us by making loud noise, which is very bad and...

We didn’t reserve a table and got sat in the backroom where all the families with little children sit. The volume inside that room made it sometimes impossible to hear my family that was sitting across from me. The service was terrible. The bread was almost thrown on the table without serving us one look😂 we actually had to laugh because it was that ridiculous. Couldn’t eat the bread because we had no plates to put the olive oil. After 30 mins wait my (mediocre at best, imo) pizza came which I already finished by the time my families meal had arrived (50 mins at the longest). Update: we all ate alone because they could not manage bringing out 3 dishes at the same time. When I told the server she literally turned around mid sentence and walked away. I’m still sitting here (mouth on the floor baffled by this restaurant experience) writing this because I have the time since I ate alone 50 mins ago. Truly unacceptable. I had the Spaghetti Carbonara and it was spot on. Perfectly al dente, beautifully plated, and the portion size was just right. The flavor was intense and you could taste the love the chef put into the dish. It was a little tricky to eat because of the oversized plate, but it still looked great.

Service was excellent too, very friendly, multilingual, and helpful. We even got chips with dip at the start, and when we asked, they brought us hot chili oil, which was a nice touch.

Since this is an honest review, I’ll mention a few small things I did not enjoy. The three TVs showing random pictures of food and people felt unauthentic and a bit cheap, especially with the Windows menu showing. There was also a messy cable bundle in the restaurant, and the sheets on the tables looked stained, even if it might just be the design.
