Paid for a two day advance booking online including the 'tan guarantee', which is essentially insurance that you'd get your money back if it rained.

First day weather was beautiful, second day forecast was torrential rain and I discussed this with the woman when I checked in at their beach office on the first day. She assured me I'd be refunded because I purchased the guarantee.

Two weeks go by, I write to them because I haven't seen the refund and they tell me I needed to email them about something (which of course the lady at the beach did NOT tell me) and after two weeks I am no longer eligible for a refund. What dishonest, unethical scammers.

They're now telling me I'm dishonest and I didn't understand. Nothing like insulting your customers calling them dishonest and stupid.

Well I was stupid that's for sure because I booked this place. In reality they are not nice people at all, and they are 100% lacking in ethics for refusing a €20 refund for a customer who purchased the rain insurance.

Congratulations on losing a customer for not refunding me when it was well warranted.

My advice would be avoid this place at all costs, and don't pre-book with...

Service sucks but beach is ok. I reserved an umbrella and chairs based on the fact of a secured parking space as promoted online. I never got informed (before booking) that if this is done on the same day ,parking is not included. Parking is very difficult and we had planned our day based on where to park. Anyway, this was never indicated when reserving/paying online so we had to park somewhere and walk around 2 kms with a small child...

Also, when calling they simply hanged out and pretended not to speak English. Very rude staff. So I (being pregnant and with hot weather) had to walk and find for personal help... Again rude people... their motto “if you don’t get a QR means you don’t get a parking” this was not indicated like that before, during or after paying. I speak a bit of Italian and Spanish as mother language so I did my point. Also I asked and payed for an extra bed and this never came...

BTW mega cold water in the showers...

Non ci tornerò, poca trasparenza e zero correttezza con il cliente. Abbiamo prenotato 2 ombrelloni e 4 lettini per il giorno 3 luglio 2022 (domenica), pagandoli la cifra di 69,00€ con 2 posti auto. Il giorno prima io ed un altro del gruppo risultiamo positivi al COVID e perciò non possiamo recarci alla struttura. Contattata la struttura ci viene detto che il rimborso è impossibile ma che comunque, dietro presentazione del certificato di positività, si poteva spostare la prenotazione ad una data successiva e rigorosamente infrasettimanale (quando io ho pagato per una domenica). Spostiamo la data al 27 luglio, ci presentiamo e salta fuori che il parcheggio lo dobbiamo ripagare (10€ a macchina, a fronte dei 20€ che già avevo sborsato alla prima prenotazione). Lo faccio notare alla cassiera e questa taglia corto in modo scortese dicendo che è scritto nelle loro Condizioni nel sito che la prenotazione dell'ombrellone viene spostata ma il parcheggio no. In quattro persone spulciamo il sito e non emerge nulla al riguardo della perdita della prenotazione del parcheggio. Scrivo allora un reclamo dettagliato di tutto ciò che è successo (come tra l'altro suggerito nel loro sito in caso di incomprensioni), chiedendo il rimborso dei 10€ pagati in loco, visto che il parcheggio lo avevamo già pagato per due macchine alla prima prenotazione e alla fine ci siamo recato con una. Dopo una settimana e mezza non mi viene risposto, re-invio quindi la medesima mail sollecitando una risposta che finalmente mi arriva e in cui mi viene detto (in un italiano che neanche google translate oserebbe) che l'unica cosa che viene concessa è lo spostamento della prenotazione dell'ombrellone e comunque alle condizioni da loro stabilite. In pratica per una macchina sola hanno incassato 30€ puliti nascondendosi dietro le loro fantomatiche Condizioni che, come ho già detto, non sono chiare e non fanno riferimento alla perdita della prenotazione del parcheggio. Non era la prima volta che mi recavo nella struttura ma sarà sicuramente l'ultima e questo varrà per le persone in mia compagnia perchè trovo che il comportamento da loro adottato sia stato poco corretto e trasparente nei confronti...
