Horrible experience. I have ordered carbonara, which i patiently waited for because restaurant ran out of pasta. After I received it waitress failed to acknowledge there might have been made a mistake in the cooking process. I'd like to underline that I'm a fan of meat cooked into crisp to enrich the flavor, but the guanciale was turned into a charcoal, leaving an awful taste of burned fat. After I noticed it, I politely informed that it's unedible and I'd like my meal to be replaced. The waitress started raising her voice on me, saying that she can tell from just by the sight that the pasta is good and she refuses to take my complaint. She also refused to try it herself, adding that if I want another one she will charge extra. The atmosphere was tense, so my friend offered to swapped his meals with me just to defuse the situation. She made a disrespectful comment by saying "oh thank you sir, you're more clever than him".

We were all extremely hungry, but my friend was not able to finish his plate either. In fact all the table guests tasted the carbonara to find out the meat was burned, but the waitress kept being overly defensive making unpleasant comments.

I've visited many countries around the world, but this must be the rudest and most unpleasant...

Outstanding service, amazing food, welcoming atmosphere! We have been coming to this restaurant several times each summer and everything has been top from the beginning. Pasta alla granseola is to die for and they prepare the best suckling pig I have ever tasted. They have a great selection of wines to accompany either fish or meat and delicious deserts (salame al cioccolato is my favorite!). Not least important are cleanness of the place, fast service, airy location and plenty of parking. Plus if you come early, a walk to the beach is...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude, treating customers with a condescending attitude as if they were above everyone else. Despite not even trying the dish themselves, they insisted they knew better, claiming it was perfectly cooked when in reality it was burnt to a crisp. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal. I won’t be returning and would advise others to steer clear...
