Very cozy place frequented by locals and folks from Florence. It oozes 'Tuscany': location, style, menu, and wine list. Great outdoor seating area, too. The size of the place indicates that it must be very busy during the weekends. We stopped by on a weekday night, and unfortunately weren't that hungry, since it was a really hot day. We decided to have a light dinner, and only shared a few typical appetizers and pasta. Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly and quick, too. Very disappointing.

Last year it was just fantastic. Great food with great service and a very nice atmosphere. This year? Again great food, but the service was terrible.

Waited 20 minutes for the menu, did not receive all out starters, where ignored by the waitress, and the restaurant manager was not taking care that everybody was treated the same way.

Ia it new management, or just ignorance. I don't know. From star to dust.
